Charged me for 3 months while even.not using the app and canceled my subscription payments.

Merijn is a great coach. Through his program I have lost almost 8 kg within 12 weeks! One of things I've learned is that you can achieve your dream body without sacrificing your social life. No more boring meals, but a balanced approach!

I did the 3 month challenge and was super happy with the experience. The app was very easy to navigate. The support and check in's were great with Merijn. I would definitely recommend this programme.

This is my second time having Merijn as a coach, and again I had amazing results, lost weight, built muscle, the accountability and feed backs are paramount in this process and the MYSL team does an amazing job at that and keep you on the right track.
I'm on board now for 12 more weeks for more shredding and to keep on building this productive and positive lifestyle that being in shape provides you.
Really recommend MYSL for anyone who needs a more personal approach in fitness to hire their services, they'll not let you down, they have a lot of knowledge.

Great community who support each other in their fitness journey. No matter if your a rookie or a long time fitness junkie Merijn and his coaching got you covered with workout and nutrition tips. I did a 3 month coaching traject 2 times, it really pushes you further then training "alone". Only downside: it can take a bit longer to get answers since the coaches work by email and it can get busy at times. Besides that great stuff!

Took awhile to arrive but well worth the wait .

Yeah.... I started working out last March 13 since when I got the book. I thought It was just okay because life here in Winnipeg are super busy that I haven't have enough time to workout and follows what the books says ( Recipes ) ... until later today My boss told me that my muscles are getting bigger and I realized OMG MY BODY ARE GETTING BETTER!!!

The order came in two months late but that was because of the corna virus and black friday. I got informed that it was late. because it was late i got free acces to the app. later on there was a problem with the supplier, I was also informed about that and got free straps. the massage gun works great!

Great coaching and my results are amazing! Only had radio silence because of a misunderstanding and it was made up for in kind⭐👊
