5 STARS!

I've was introduced to My Safe Bird Store when we first adopted our parrot back in 2013. They were highly recommended by a rescue that specializes in his species.
Gave them a try & have been using them ever since. So that's 13 years of experience with Kathie & her staff.
I purchase all of our parrot's food & toys from them.
Have there been a few errors over the 13 years? Yup.
Has My Safe Bird Store corrected every one of the few errors without hesitation? Yuppers!
My Safe Bird Store gets FIVE STARS across the board from both myself & my FID with THIRTEEN YEARS of great experiences!

Great products and great customer service

My first order was on 8/11/25 and I ordered a smart crock for millet spray and didn't even realize how much stuff they have! They send treats for everyone and customer service is absolutely the best!! Since the first order, I have ordered two more times and each time I order, I realize that I missed something and I have to order more! They are the best and would recommend them to anyone with birds!

Correct orders, fast shipping, professional owner and staff!

My orders are always correct, packed beautifully, and Kathie and her team are professional and efficient. Prices and sales every weekend take the sting out of the cost feeding my small army of conures and cockatiels. Free and fast shipping has my stuff to me in 3 business days. Do NOT give any credence to the 1 star reviews. Some people have alternative agendas to run, and the rest of us who have been nothing but satisfied know how full of it they are. It's really quite pathetic. I won't buy bird food anywhere else.

My Safe Bird Store is my Go-To for parrot supplies. 😁

I have been ordering from My Safe Bird Store for about 5 years now. Always receive my shipment in a very quick time frame. And I live across the country. 100% satisfied every time. One time a smaller bag of something I ordered was sent by mistake. Kathie had the right size sent out immediately. So I got more than I paid for as I kept the smaller as well.
Always satisfied and things are packaged nicely. With 18 parrots here, I certainly appreciate the toy pieces included as well as the human treats.
I know I am receiving quality and great service from a very clean store.

I have placed 2 orders with this store a year apart. 1st order was shorted but corrected. The 2nd order, which was substantially larger I had shorted items, damaged items, and items that were completely Missing. In all I was cheated by this store and Kathie over $150!!!!

Kathie has given me the run around, lied, ghosted, and refused to send the products I paid for or refund my money. I am very mad! As far as I'm concerned, Kathie is a thief!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
YOU WILL BE CHEATED!!!

Christina Wiehoff is not telling the truth. She placed an order with me on 11/24/23. It was shipped to her via UPS in two separate boxes and, via UPS Proof of Delivery, the two boxes were delivered to her on 11/29/23. Proof of delivery is referenced herein. (See Dropbox link below) Christina then contacted me to say she was missing a lot of her order, and it was determined that she may have only received one box. After submitting an investigation to UPS, they provided me with a photograph clearly showing TWO boxes being received by Christina. Once the photo was sent to Christina, she claimed that “I'm thinking they just used a picture from another delivery. When I see pictures of delivered packages they've never been this blurry before.” I responded that UPS is an upstanding company and would not do something so illegal. Despite proof of delivery and the picture, I continued with the claim to UPS and listed the items missing and their value, as is further noted by the screenshot. (See Dropbox links below). I would like to mention that that I have a 5-star review throughout the internet. I take a lot of pride in my business, and I packed Christina’s order personally. Not only is she claiming that she is missing an entire box, but she is also claiming that 90% of what she received was deficient and missing 1 or more pieces. I can honestly say that I have never, in 12 years of business, had a customer state that most of what was received was missing the correct quantity. She claimed the same thing with her first order, and we rectified it. While this has nothing to do with this review, it is a matter of concern when, as someone reading this review, you can come to the appropriate conclusion regarding my business. Thank you for your time. Avoid this place. Owner is litigious.

I will never make another purchase from this place. The owner doesn’t care about customers. She doesn’t address their complaints and contacts them using their personal email address. Very unprofessional. Kathie, the owner, continues to claim “defamation” but has never provided any proof. The judge tossed her out of court.

I live in Canada and I phoned the store…

I live in Canada and I phoned the store to order a product. The customer agent was very courteous. She shipped the product the same day and I received it a week later with a thank you note along with some chocolate bars. I will definitely be ordering more from this store. Very satisfied!

Best online bulk bird toy part supplier I’ve found yet…

I LOVED my purchase decision from this store. Recently received about $90 worth of bird toy parts from them and my things arrived within a few days, a day early I might add. All of the things I purchased were as described on the website, and my birdies are already tearing up the toys I’ve made for them. Everything was neatly packed, and all toy parts were all tied with ribbons, hand tied. Nice personal touch… they even hand-wrote a personal thank you on my invoice… they also included two free little mice for my kitties and some candies for me as a thank you ❤️ Loved all the personal touches and made me feel like my order mattered. I will definitely order through them again, thank you so much, Ladies! I am working on starting my own bird toy business and will definitely be looking at them for supplying once I get up and running, keep doing what you do 🙏

Beware!!!

Beware! I made one online purchase from this business years ago, and didn’t make anymore because she doesn’t support the parrot charity of my choice. In the past few years I have observed behaviors from Ms. Hahn that I found quite concerning coming from a business owner. She personally attacks people who don’t agree with her, and has a list of people she has threatened to take legal action against. In short, she has now added my name to her long list because I recommended to another poster on a Facebook parrot forum they shop elsewhere. I know this because Ms. Hahn decided to contact me via email to threaten me with legal action because I didn’t recommend her business. She used my private email address, the email address I had provided to her company in order to make a purchase years ago to threaten and harass me. I did not respond to her emails, but I am sharing my experience with her to warn others. She had no legal or moral right to use private information to contact me.

I wrote to you because you were defaming my good name on a public forum known as The Parrot Posse, a forum who solicits money from people to allegedly use for rescues. However, your CEO, Judith Richmond Archer, took over $20,000 in donations to use for her legal fees after getting sued for defamation. This post is nothing more than a retaliation for being forced to sue Judith Richmond Archer for defamation.
