their intention is theft.

REMEDY???.....just call your bank or credit card issuer and simply say that you have not received the item you ordered....you'll get an immediate credit to your account and the Pakistani/Chinese bastards WILL NOT challenge the Bank.

Don't waste your time on emails with mythical female sounding names.

Even if you returned the item to China , they wouldn't accept delivery...

So , don't despair just call your Bank..

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My order never arrived, no replacement, no refund, no answer.

Lowest possible quality. Very poor communication and unable to find a return process.

Ordered a ski suit. Chased and finally arrived. The quality of it is fine, just too small.
Got in touch and they answered straight away and asked for pictures which I sent.
Since then no response…

Just received my order. Poor quality. Now I am trying to find out how to return as not easy to find some information.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the order I recently received from company. The item I received is completely different from what was described on your website. The quality, appearance, and overall functionality do not match the product description or the pictures provided.

Additionally, I waited a very long time for the delivery, even though website clearly stated that shipping would be fast. This was extremely frustrating and only added to my dissatisfaction with the entire experience.

To be honest, I have never encountered anything like this before. The difference between what was advertised and what I received is so significant that it feels misleading and unprofessional. At this point, it appears to be a scam, as the product does not meet even the basic expectations set by your listing.
I still have not received any response to my previous emails regarding the issue with my order. It is very concerning that my messages have been ignored, especially given the problems with the product and the delayed delivery.

Don’t buy from them as they sent me the wrong colour and product then want me to pay the £15to return the item that they sent out . Offered a part refund to keep the items I didn’t order . When you email then you get a bounce back saying try again as there inbox is full . They sometimes respond to their web site contact form but it’s hit and miss . This has just cost me £50 for not my fault

Dreadful company to deal with. No response to emails or their contact us form. Won’t give a return address. Email inbox always full so are undelivered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero I would. My experience leads me to think this is a scam China company. Quality of dress is poor, I believed this was a UK company when purchasing, but dress shipped from China, poor quality and fit, long delivery time, no returns address, delay tactics e.g asking for photo to check condition when returning, mailbox full when communicating, they promote offering you to keeping goods rather than returning under guise of saving carbon footprint, suggested buying another item at additional cost and keeping original item, even though that item isn’t suitable, I will not buy from these again.

I would just like to inform anyone thinking of buying from this company to avoid doing so. I ordered a pair of boots which were described as elegant leather boots and would be delivered with 3-4 working days but my
Boots arrived 2 weeks later. The quality were very poor and faulty. Have been informed by the company that they will only issue a refund once the goods are received. (By the way, did I mention that they come all the way from China). Now I’m supposed to return them back to China, pay for the tracked postage and I presume it will be around £20 and once received will I receive my refund. So, PLEASE don’t fall for the items showcased on their website as you will be out of pocket.

IF THERE WQS A ZERO AND BELOW RATING THIS WOULD BE MY OPTION..DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMATANCES ORDER FROM WITH WEBSITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL..THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY !! THEY DONT HAVE A LEGITE RETURNS POLICY AND DONT RPLYVTO EAMILS STRAIGHT AWAY.THEY REPEATADLY ASK FOR PICTURES OF THE ITEMS TO SE IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE ..I WONT BE SENDING MY COAT BAG FOR A BIGGER SIZE AS MY CONCERNS ARE THEY WILL NOT SEND ME ANOTHER ONE . IT WILL BE EASIER AND LESS STRESFULL TO SELL IT PRIVATELY MYSELF ..ALL I CAN SAY AFTER ALL THE THINGS IVE PERCHASED OF LONE OVER THE YEARS HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS UNTILL I CAME ACROSS MYSA LONDON....STAY WELL CLEAR OFNYOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF ..

Chinese scam company although it masquerades as a UK company and uses a Netherlands address in small print. Goods come from china and aren’t even dispatched until way after he promised delivery date.
Scam company which at best sells fakes made by children in a sweatshop

I ordered a waistcoat it doesnt even match the colour I ordered never mind the size
The returns policy is shit as well
Do not order from them you have been warnes

Absolute rubbish. Cheaply made tat that looks nothing like the pictures onsite.
Scam site - avoid!!!!

I urge you to look up this company before buying. It's FRAUDULENT. They don't refund items or respond to a single request to customer service. The items that arrived were completely different to the photo and of terrible quality and I've been unable to return them. The company found a way to remove hundreds of reviews on this platform warning people that it's a scam.
Do not buy from this company whatever you do!

Item bought unlike photo on web site.
Company not interested in returns or refunds .How they are trading beats me.My advice stay well clear .
