From my previous review. The company have emailed saying I will received my order today (20/10/2025) I’m getting fobbed off once again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are robbing people!

First and last time.
Waited for delivery 2 weeks after it's delivery date only to for the order to be cancelled and said I had to wait for a refund once returned???
I contacted them I fairness they were fast to respond but the response was checking.
Lack of empathy or redress for failing to deliver and making wait 2 weeks just a sorry and refund poor no customer experince or strategy to keep customers.

I discovered My Protien a littke while ago as a regular 2-3 a say protein SHAKE drinker I gave my favourites but also eager to try out new brands for variety.
I saw Rasberry Ripple My Protien powder on sale in superdrug and as it was heavily reduced I though I could afford to risk giving it a try.
Nutritional content was fairly good, the colour though was a bit off putting, to bright and artificial looking ( more appealing to small children at a birthday party!) Smelt good and mixed great. Dissolved in water. Was quite runny, but I'm sure with milk or milk substitute it would be creamer. It did taste overly sweet, and I gave a sweet tooth, but thus was very sweet! But the flavour was deffinatly that if raspberry ripple, similar to rasberry ripple ice cream I geuss.
I woukdnt buy that flavour again, but will every now and then have a shake if I fancy something very sweet. The bag will last a long time, but I'll use it. I thought I'd give their bannana powder a try, as I'd found they naje that with Whey isolate so its purer and gas higher protein content per serve & per 100g. I was very excited as I'm always looking to find a bannana I like and havent yet. It wasnt as expensive as most of the brands I buy, even though full price. So thought I'd take the risk. Must admit, same as rasberry in mixability, smell, way too much bright almost fluorescent yellow colour ( so un necessary) but sadly, this was undrinkable. The banana flavour was so synthetic it was atculy sickly. This is a first for me! And I felt awful wasting it but theres no way I'd gave used again and not willing to pass on something I feel is that bad to a friend or family member. So I had to dispose of the entire pack!
If your not worried about the amount of colouring in a shake, and like your shakes extremely sweet, this could be the brand for you as the protien content is good, great mixability even with water, no gritty after taste or clumps and residue. And it's very reasonably priced in such a competitive market.
Taste wise, if you like Pick 'n' Mix sweets then you bay well realy enjoy this powder! But unfortunately, it's not gir me and I wont risk buying again.

At checkout it said Free Delivery and then you get charged with £6 afterwards. Appalling customer service as well!

These guys are awful! Never experienced such terrible customer service. If something does go missing/get damaged good luck.

I am amazed to see such bad reviews about this company. Everyone saying fake, cheat, and what not. I left them a review 2 weeks ago, but they didn't bother to reply. I have lost so much money buying products from this company. I came to know from other reviews that they were not real. No wonder my product became so bitter that I had to throw it away. Now I know why my product became bitter in taste; probably they sent the expired items

Failure company. Selling plain powder, no flavour no results, mostly charge customers and arrange fake orders and shown on their system item being delivered. What a tricky company and their pet workers. Fantastic theifs, tricky people with fraudulent minds. They will reply. They have sorted this issue.

TRICKY COMPANY, make fool to customers with prices and deal. Once you paid. You are in Myprotien hands. They don't take customers money and respect.
Always lie to customers and make them responsible for the loss of delivery. Showing old pictures to customers. And told them customer responsible for loss of delivery.

I've finally found a competitively priced source, for my Gluten Free Porridge Oats..
Up until then, we had been paying £2.50-£3.00 for a 400g pack at our local supermarket..
At myprotein I have been able to buy
2 x 2.5kg bags for £17.10 including p&p.
These rolled oats are tasty & are of good quality too.
So I have no problem in recommending to anyone with Coeliac Disease.

Was wary of ordering clothing due to reviews re return but having had no problem with protien powder and desperately seeking a reasonably priced supportive sports bra thought I’d give it a go. First order didn’t fit, so returned and ordered bigger sizes, kept one of these though wasn’t sure and returned the rest nearly 4 weeks ago, have contacted the company several times now each time having to repeat the same list of information and story, have used live chat 3 times, messenger and PayPal dispute and still no refund, super pissed off with them now. Will not use again once I find a different powder I like. Not worth the hassle! Ironically I’ve got used to the bra and it’s not bad considering the price.

I was having extreme issues trying to return a parcel to my protein due to a fault with Evri.
It took over two weeks to finally speak to someone who was helpful, Jaxon at my protein customer service was extremely helpful and offered to get me a refund straight away.

I was charged twice for my order, they ask me to show proof and details of bank of which I have provided photo evidence and the account number with withdrawals showing. I keep messaging and get the same reply. The best of it is this.. I left a second review on here because on my account no one ever answers.. the review was factual about me being ripped off and they replied with the comment below.. please do not order from these as they rip you off.. their reply underneath..

I always order from Myprotien, but this time it has disappointed me. I ordered a 2.5 Kg whey protien on 13th March 2023. It has been received to the courier partner but haven't been to delivered. After mentioning to the company it is telling me to wait for one month for the order to be delivered. I didn't except this kind of service from Myprotien

can i just buy it all.
love my protien and always have offers on pancakes and shakes for me.
i use the shakes as well to mix in with my over night oats the strawberry cream is my favourite.
one of the most reasonable and affordable products i have comes accross.
i stay full from 10 till at least 3 or 4 in the afternoon after having the pancakes.
pancakes with sugar free maple syrup whats no too love i also add the sugar free syrup to me over night oat to change things up a bit.

Ordered my creatin on Sunday 30th 3 day delivery been 4 days still says processing with courier very disappointing, no updates what so ever, poor will stick to amazon in future

just had my first order delivered today very quick delivery 2 bags of protein no complaints

The products are good, but you need to seriously rethink packaging. My recent delivery was a small sachet that only required an envelope, not a cardboard box 10 x the size!

Affordable, straight forward, suppliments website. recommended

I have been a customer with myprotein for near 15 years. They have gone down the hill in recent years, starting with incorrect product descriptions and weird dosages for items, and different to their labels, this has been mentioned on reviews by other people and complained about for years only to be given an automatic response where it's clear the customer service agents don't even fully read a message and do the bare minimum. I ordered a couple of items last On a Friday for a next day delivery and was told my items will be there and were dispatched that Day, I waited in, all day no information, no tracking nothing. I messaged about this and was told to give it 3 more days, (even though I paid 5.99 for next day) not one person thought to send it to me again. After the 3 days past I was told to wait a little more. I was then told on Friday it will be dispatched for a next day again, I asked whether it was next day and explained once again I need this for Saturday because it's one of my only two days off, to be given another automatic message of "refer to your dispatch email" which was of course never sent, and now it's Saturday with still no dispatch and it's clearly not arriving today. I'll be sticking with Bulk, and other competitors from now on. Far superior customer service.
