Promotions don't work
I got an email saying I could have 4 boxes of protein bars for £40. I used the link and selected the boxes from the promotional page but the discount did not apply. I wrote to customer services with screenshots. They wrote back quickly to say they had escalated and would get back to me. That was 18 days ago. Still nothing. This has happened on a similar promotion once before.

The crispy square marshmallow are very nice and low calorie as are the hazelnut protien wafer which I purchased from myprotien. Better value than buying singularly from supermarket. Delivery was very fast and will definitely be ordering again. A++++

Very good costumer service
The order arrived quite quickly. One out of the 5 products I purchased arrived slightly opened, which cause a spillage. I contacted the costumer services and they were very helpful and send a replacement for the damaged item.
