Terrible interface and poor customer experience.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order, which included Whey Protein and ZMA capsules.

It has now been more than 10 days since I placed the order. I have completed the payment in full and provided the correct address and contact number, yet I have not received my package or any clear update regarding the delay.

This is extremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect transparency and timely delivery. Waiting this long without proper communication is unacceptable.

I would like an immediate update on the status of my order, including the exact shipping location and estimated delivery date. If there is an issue, I expect it to be resolved promptly.

Please treat this matter as urgent.

The site and app are fine. But all prices are in local currency and there was no obvious mention that this would be a foreign currency purchase / transaction. I only saw that after using a particular card and being hit with 3% charge for foreign transactions; had it been clearer then I would have used a different card instead and gained rather than lost…

Over charged + charged for delivery + impossible to make a costiner care rep understand + no option of calling and its simple a waste of Time to try and communicate

The response was like passive. It seems like they are not interested and just replied for sake.

I loved the offers but it’s rotation each day is irritating me, because 3 or 4 days ago I was getting pistachio bars as a gift after that day you removed it, and today I was supposed to get the free mug but when I completed my purchase, it got removed.

I like the products. And also the prices when they have discounts. I’ve been using their products for about 7 years now.

My experience with MyProtein UAE was good.
The products are original and the quality is nice.
Ordering was easy and delivery was acceptable.
