I ordered around 2pm and kindly asked customer team if it can be delivered next day. ( I missed the same day delivery less than 3 hours and I ordered more than 300aed)
The customer support team said No.
I explained its a gift that I want to give in 2days. Still said not possible.
So if I order the next day morning, I can get it the same day but if I order today afternoon, I can't get it next day.

Suggest having everyday lower prices (like Walmart) rather than marking up and then showing a big sale prices. Regular customers buy on sale anyway. Exceptions, for clearance items.
Maybe you have gone a bit too far in the number of choices/flavours?

I am disappointed for my last order. TBH, I checked out my purchase with 805 AED and surprised when I clicked to order it switched to 940 AED. This makes me upset and feel that i got spammed. This will determined my future orders.

I have ordered and made a payment , while entered address details I have entered incomplete information which i corrected later in the application
I contacted the customer service to make sure the details are full and delivery would be at right place
I have approached the customer service the person was responding late and eventually not how and mentioned that once the payment is done no changes can be done
So my order is gone I did not expect that type of service . it seems like a scam
