Re Order PP27392986PC bulk order of postcards still hasn’t arrived after 17 days
It’s a great shame I have to write this critical review of their Customer Services but I have waited for more than 17 days for a bulk order of postcards to arrive. I also requested a refund or replacement for the non-delivery of this order but neither has been forthcoming either.
Despite many complaints to their Customer Services I am just given lame excuses, which do not stand up in consumer law - and ignorant obstructions. (I suspect that some of the nonsense I have been told is AI generated or from pre-written templates.)
This is just not good enough and now I have made a formal complaint to a senior manager to refund me for an order that I have still not received after 17 days.
My contract is with the postcard company and not with any Postal Service. The Customer Services are not acknowledging this or any legal obligation they have. I have never come across this sort of attitude before from any Customer Services– ever!
The app is great but their Customer Services leave a lot to be desired and are at the moment behaving totally illegally, even claiming that they have given me compensatory credits when they haven’t. Appalling.
They may now claim that my refund is only due after 30 days of non-delivery. However, I have given them my own reasonable deadline for delivery and so this means that if they do not deliver within my own deadline the contract regarding this order between us both is terminated.
I have really enjoyed using their creative app to send postcards but I am completely disgusted and shocked at the the attitude of their Customer Services who will not refund me for an order that is just not going to arrive.
It is pretty obvious that there is a manager hanging over the staff instructing them to be obstructive regarding refunds.
I look forward to a proper, human personalised reply from management below - addressing, please, every single point I have raised in this review. If there is not, then that says it all.
Also, because of the strange and evasive attitude of the staff as mentioned above,I am now getting a little suspicious as to whether a lot of the cards ordered, which only their own system says are “sent”, are actually sent at all. There is no real proof of sending apart from their own app notification that they have actually been sent. The touchy, dishonest and obstructive attitude of the staff is leading me down this train of thought, and I am now wondering whether this is the tip of a larger dishonesty “scam”iceberg, so to speak. Cards that are not actually sent would make this company a lot of money indeed.
(Please note: I have probably now sent around at least around 15 messages and emails to this company to resolve this issue. Please do NOT ask me to contact the customer support yet again – it is they who are the problem. Please sort this out immediately. I want a refund immediately for the non-delivery of the above order and some extra credit as compensation for the stressful hassle this is causing. I am housebound mostly with a serious neurological condition and can do without this needless stress and unprofessionalism from this company. Because I have made a formal complaint then I request that any future correspondence, apart from a courteous reply below, must be sent in in the post by letter. You have my full name and address on your system. Thank you.)

I really liked the set up and options to send the cards. It has been a month, and no one has received their cards. I sent 13 cards and not one has arrived. I wanted all my friends and family to enjoy the personalized cards.

Card was delivered extremely late, I had ordered an extra large card for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, and added rose petals and an eye mask. Once the card finally was delivered (over three weeks late) there was a single rose petal, and the eye mask was smashed and unusable.
Very disappointed!

Postcard beautiful but it got delivered to MYSELF rather than the recipient - no idea what went wrong.

Unfortunately, the card I ordered was never delivered to the recipient. Two emails to the company’s listed help address went unanswered. It would be nice if they would at least respond.
Edited, 16.02: I eventually heard back from customer service, and she kindly offered to re-send the card, which my recipient happily received.

I’d think twice before ordering here or at least plan a few months in advance.
I love the concept of this service, but the lack of shipping transparency is disappointing. I sent postcards to two friends, one in Canada and one in the U.S., who share a birthday. Both cards are now well past their estimated delivery dates, and their birthday's have passed by the time they arrive.
I will update this review if the cards are eventually received, and I’ll adjust my rating based on the product quality. However, as of right now, I am severely disappointed in the slow shipping and the unresponsive customer service. Both areas need significant improvement.

I purchased not only a postcard but a photo stand for the card and Christmas chocolate for my 92 year old neighbor for Christmas. I ordered weeks before Christmas and she never received it. It's now January 7th and after multiple emails I still have not received a response. I will have to report this to my credit card for a chargeback. Don't use this company. They aren't reliable. UPDATE: Even after responding to this post, they still ignore my emails.

On December 13, I sent my first postcard. Over the next 10 days, I sent a total of 15 postcards, all to addresses in the United States. According to my understanding of the timeline below, all of the postcards should have been received by now (Dec. 31), yet none have been. I’m on the trip of a lifetime and thought this service would be a fun way to stay in touch with friends and family. Instead it’s turned into an aggravation. I suggest two actions to mitigate the situation:
1. Resend each postcard (with expedited delivery service) at no additional cost to me.
2. Research what went wrong with the original orders. I need some assurance that the problem will not be repeated in the future. Otherwise, I’d like you to refund the full $100 dollars I paid upfront.

Very easy to upload and so many different options for a personalised calendar. The price is also affordable for a quality provided. Quick delivery was a real bonus
I was not able to type anything in the app. All I could do is use whatever was available in the app. Also the card has not shown up and it shows it shipped 5 days ago! I’m sorry I wasted my money on this app. I don’t recommend using it. Stay away!

I have contacted support multiple times. No one received any postcards that I had sent from Sept 7th to October 6th. I sent postcards daily during this time period. It is now November. I was promised that all recipients who had not received postcards would be sent them. At the time of my initial email, none of my recipients had received any.
To date, one recipient received all the previously sent postcards for September in a large bundle, and then received them again. She has yet to receive any postcards sent in October.
The second recipient also received a backlog of postcards and is now receiving duplicates. She, too, has not received any October postcards. It is now November.
The third recipient never received any postcards and recently passed away.
I have 70$ in my account and I requested a refund as this service failed miserably. I have sent in the requested order numbers so often that I currently have them saved in a spreadsheet for ease of access.
The reply so far, is that no refund is "possible". I can't think why that would be the case. If they can not, will not and have not held up their end of our transaction, a refund is common sense.
PostScript: Erica at MyPostcard emailed me to tell me that they were refunding 35.00. That refund has not shown up on my CC yet. However, I had 70.87$ on the MyPostcard account. The amount on my account was then changed by MyPostcard to 20.87. On my account details, a debit of 50.00$ is noted.
In total, I paid 200.00 to MyPostcard, ordered 39 postcards and was (maybe) refunded 35.00. Therefore, the postcards I ordered cost 4.23 each, AND some were never received, and as stated, some will NEVER be received.
Here is Erica's response: If you feel this is a mistake, don't hesitate to reply to us again with more details of your payments. Additionally, we truly understand your frustrations regarding the service failures and the complications you faced with the postcard deliveries. Please provide us with any further transaction details or account information so we can investigate this matter thoroughly.

What a great idea! Was able to send a postcard to my wife while we were on a trip and it was waiting for her when we returned home. She absolutely loved it.
I could only warn to use this company.
It used to be reliable, but I sent 4 postcards in Sept2025, two never reached their recipient, the two others took 2/3 weeks.

Shipping took forever can’t recommend

Fast and easy to send own photos as postcards, no matter the country (for example from Germany to Argentina). Highly recommend it!
Terrible customer service, you sell to everyone but the people in your support team don’t speak English. You send packages without telling the name of the shipping company or the tracking number. My order hasn’t arrived (it’s been over a month) and you just copy and paste the same information in your emails. Never again.
