SCAMMERS! I was served this company on Instagram ads and paid £40 for a birthday set for my son. They deleted their account and never sent anything or provided tracking information. Utter bastards. Please don't order anything from them they are criminals.

Never received product! Reached out several times to the company; got a couple of responses saying they were experiencing production problems, then they went silent.

This is a scam I ordered this product 4 weeks ago when it says 3-5 days for delivery. Do not buy from them.

This is a scam. The payment is set up to recur monthly, there is no mention of a subscription on the website or during the check out process. Website says item takes 8-10 weeks to despatch. Tried to cancel order, got a generic email back saying they couldn’t advise when despatch would be due to high demand. Did not acknowledge cancellation instruction. Now have to wait 10 weeks to dispute with bank to get refund. Have stopped the recurring payment via bank.

Total scam, it was suposed to be a tennis trainer, but they just sent a ball

Unfortunately I fell victim to instagram advertising and fake reviews and ordered the fort building set for my kids. When I ordered it said it shipped from the US in 8-10 business days. After emailing to check the status of my order, they said there were delays and it would take 2-3 months for my item to arrive. I have emailed customer service several times with no reply. Please steer clear of this company- I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering as I would have never ordered if I’d seen these reviews 🙈

My experience is the same as everyone else's. After a month of nothing happening, I checked the tracking, and the package had not been picked up by the carrier. I contacted them. Requested a status. They gave me the run-around that they are really busy. I asked for a refund. They refused to cancel my order, telling me that they were preparing the package. Ultimately, I had to call my credit card company to request a refund.

If we can give them ZERO stars then that would be great. This site is a scam. As many of the reviews I just found on here, they indeed just take your money and disappear. We ordered back in September 9th it is now November 7th. Still no product. I have filed a dispute with my bank.

It's a scam! I ordered 2 months ago - still no product. I asked for refund of my 43.90€. Support is non-existant. Silent on my emails. I will send a complain to my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back.

This company is a scam. Unfortunately, I didn't do a simple Google search before purchasing. They take your money. Send you an email saying item shipped out and then NOTHING. I never received my item and when I requested help from the company, I got zero response. I needed to get reimbursed from my credit card company in order to recoup the loss.

They took my money, said it would take longer than expected to deliver. I tried to cancel and get a refund. They just sent more excuses. I raised a dispute through my credit card company who immediately refunded my money.

I'd avoid this company.

TOTAL SCAM. Like so many others, I ordered the crafterbot from an ad on instagram and it never turned up and no one replied. Avoid.

Ordered a cutter on 30 august. Never arrived. No replies to my emails.

Item never arrived. Refund refused had to go through the bank.

Yes this is definitely a scam. Damn, first time I've bought off an instagram ad and will be the last.

Never received and been asking for 3 months now to receive a refund, always get a an animated message. This is defiantly a scam from China. DO NOT BUY.

AVOID!! Ordered 6 weeks ago, still nothing has arrived.
Emailed and got a reply stating due to high demand there was a significant delay, still nothing though, I fear I’ve been scammed! Don’t trust this company!
