It's been 2 years since they charged us a rather large sum of money to "rent our timeshares" We were told that they would be able to rent them quickly and two years later we are still waiting for the first rent to come through. When we email them and ask about it they send us an offer. When we get them the information they say the company has 48 hours to respond. When we do hear from them, it's been the same answer, "this company is short staffed so they won't be able to do it" Maybe one time that answer was okay, but every time, give me a break. All we want is our money back and no more lies from them.

Total scam. They charge a fee to list your unused timeshare weeks and guarantee they will rent, but the only time I've gotten any offers is when I email them asking where these offers I'm supposed to be getting are. When I respond they say the client has 48 hours to respond and they'll get back to me. Never hear anything again. It's been 5 months and nothing.
