I ordered a large dog bed, and delivery was delayed and delayed and delayed, and considering the guy has just been sued by DHL and FedEx to the tune of $1.5 million, in addition to the other judgments against him, I don't trust him to get a dog bed to me. It's too bad he's still selling stuff he apparently can't deliver on. Apparently, he doesn't even make them anymore - another company does. I reached out to them. What a scam! I guess he's trying to rake in as much money as possible and then file bankruptcy and screw everyone over?

I bought the Queen Firm Gusseted and I was very disappointed in the support. My head sunk into the pillow as if I had no support.
I decided to send it back for a refund. After paying $34.58, their fuzzy math came up with a refund of $9.75 despite their 60day full refund policy. When speaking with customer service as to WHY only so little of a refund, her ONLY answer was "I don't know, the computer figures it out".
Get yourself a Nuzzle pillow, it's worth the money by far and best of all they are versatile as far as how much support or firmness you need, it's like having several pillows for the price of one.
I get the support and comfort I need. I love my Nuzzle Pillow; no more neck aches.

I’d rather sleep with snakes

The My Pillow rep told which pillow to purchase. The pillow was small until its placed in the dryer, then it fills out. It is very light weight upon arrival yet the s/h charge was very close to $10. Too high for the s/h.

I tried the pillow and woke up with the one of the worse headaches I've ever had.

So, I ordered the smaller one. After heating it in the dryer and it filled out I tried it. I could not sleep. The pillow had little balls in it and I felt them on the head as I was trying to sleep. I couldn't sleep.

Others may have a good experience with the pillows, but I tried two different ones and could not sleep.

I decided to just sleep on my old pillow and I slept so well. Not sure why the hype about these pillows.

I have ordered from MY Pillow in the past and the shipping has always been slow. My most recent purchase that I paid for shipping wasn't fulfilled in 20 days so I finally canceled the order and will never order from them again. I am not willing to wait for other orders getting filled with free shipping while I paid a premium for shipping with poor results

I got giza sheets and dint know they was made in muslimegyt. I want to know who forced Mike to do this. I can’t believe these weren’t made in merica with good solid handpicked cotton like things were made before civil wars.

No one is perfect and Mike went astray on this choice but I hope he refinds god.

well I love my pillow bath towels they are big fluffy not cheap in any way they really dry you and out of the washer too I've bought three mattress toppers wonderful thick and wonderful and we bought both kinds of pillows wonderful we love them and the sheets are wonderful too my daughter and her husband love them too Aplusssssssss products I may have said wonderful too often and buy some you wont regret it

The pillows seemed to be overstuffed and I removed some of the stuffing. The stuffing they use is a nightmare. Mess everywhere and is little to tiny pieces of foam. A big waste of money. DO NOT BUY THESE PILLOWS. They are garbage.

I bought a mattress topper pad and expected it to have a sewn case and straps to hold down. Cost $119.99
What I got was an egg crate foam slice 3" thick and no cover. It's not what I thought I'd ordered.
They asked if I wanted the one with a cover (duh), and said that would be $169 more. WTF? No way. I'm done with you. Of course it will cost me $20 off my refund AND I have to pay for shipping back to them.
I will NEVER buy anything ever from "MyPillow" from now on.
This company is trash.

These my pillows suck, I had my for a few years, and the have been hurting my neck, I have to put icey hot spray on before bed and when I wake up, because I’m in soo much damn pain, it’s unbelievable. Also my friends tried them, and their parents wanted to do a law suit, but they talk them out of it and just ordered new pillows. Why do you guys even own a business that always give most people neck pain and have to go to chiropractors for long time like me and my friends. Me and my parents are still trying to find some money, to buy me brand new pillows somewhere else, we are done with your business, my parents and brother don’t have them, but I still do, but now we are ordering the ones my brother have, because we are sick of mypillows.com YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!

These are the worst, most saggy, most lumpy pillows that my wife and I have ever owned. What I do know is the Mike Lindell is a better salesman than pillow manufacturer. I am sure that he would do great selling used cars. It appears that the pillows are nothing more than a cotton sack of cubed foam, guaranteed to sag.

I bought some small pillows for my daughter for Christmas. When we opened up the box. The pillowcases had “my pillow” embroidered on the pillow case visibly. I told my daughter to return them. She told me that the cost of the pillow cases were $10.00, but apparently it $9.95 to process a refund so I would be refunded 5 cents. See what happens when we buy American

I have many my pillow products and they are all ok. This time I found shipping length untenable. No response to emails. I was finally informed via chat they had shipped. I received my money back. Also got the sheets on December 29 after ordering on November 25 I will never support the company again. Mike needs to get better managers.

Just awful!!! I couldn’t even say it’s a pillow. Had to throw them away!!!! I’m so disgusted!!

This is the worst mattress. It’s not soft, it’s not hard. It’s just poor quality. It’s been over a year. I thought I would get use to it, but I never could. Terrible.

My wife thru Amazon bought 2 my pillows. Pure garbage. Like getting 2 bags of cut up Styrofoam. The only reason she did it was Amazon's great return policy.

I purchased a My Pillow mattress (Queen Size) Pillow topper. The one that is a little over $400. The first couple weeks of usage, were the same as the $99 mattress. As the weeks passed the higher dollar mattress topper, was sinking in the middle and the layers of foam were lumping up inside the topper. It has been the cause of hip aches and pain. Now my back is hurting from the lack of support. I literally dread going to bed, knowing I will have to deal with back pain, when I get up. Many years ago when I purchased the $99.00 topper, I was thrilled with its quality and comfort. Now I am trying to buy a new mattress and box spring with another company. The economy is no longer a place to find great values. I'm stuck with the expensive, My Pillow Mattress Topper.

We have been My Pillow customers for many years. We have their towels, sheets, pillows, and even a dog bed. The quality of the towels especially were absolutely excellent. We use the towels daily and have for the past six or seven years. They have been washed hundreds of times and have never lost their softness and absorbency. I just purchased two new sets of six for the holidays since we have a lot of company coming. The new sets took nearly a month to get here and they are extremely thin. They ARE NOT THE SAME TOWELS. I am beyond disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from mypillow for quite a while and have never had a problem until recently. Ordered in mid October, by mid November my order had still not shipped. I did contact customer service and they did respond quickly and did get my order sent out promptly but I’m not sure why this couldn’t be done from the beginning. I ordered their flannel sheets and although they are well made, very soft and have a beautiful snowflake design on them, no one has a mattress without a pillow top anymore. These are not deep pocket sheets and constantly slip off. I just assumed they would be since all other sheets I’ve bought from mypillow have been. I don’t know if they are sewing the sheets at the factory or they’re buying them somewhere else but I wish they would make them deep pocket. They’d probably be the only ones doing it.
