Fast and professional delivery. I am extremely happy with Efemia bladder support that I ordered from the site. I am a competitive strength athlete and have issues with stress incontinence during heavy deadlifts, well my hopes were very high that this simple device would fix my issue and it did not disappoint. I had 0 leakage during my heavy training session. I was hoping that it would at least reduce the leaks but even better I stayed completely dry. Very happy customer, I only wish I discovered it sooner. Goodbye period pants!

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, however your review does not accurately reflect the assistance provided by our team.
As clearly explained in our emails and stated on our website, the Ferticare 2.0 product is non-refundable and non-returnable once opened and used due to hygiene and policy reasons. This policy was provided to you directly and is also clearly displayed before purchase.
That said, we did not refuse support. We clearly advised that if you believed the item was faulty, you could return it to us for full inspection under the warranty process. If our inspection team confirmed a fault, we would either repair the unit or send a brand-new replacement free of charge.
Unfortunately, this part of our communication has been ignored in your review. We always strive to provide fair and professional customer service, and misleading claims can unfairly damage the reputation of our company.
As mentioned previously, you are still welcome to contact us at orders@imedicare.co.uk and our team will be happy to assist you further with the inspection and warranty process.
