Fraudulent

Misrepresentation of services
Completely destroyed my lap top fitting with incompatible part.
No apology or refund.Kept being fobbed off and then had the audacity to try and sell me a second hand laptop from under the counter for cash!!
Corncerning details on companies house. Business opens under new family member name periodically, after being struck off and numerous complaints.
Clearly being very dishonest regarding profit ,and items on sale are from walk in "sellers"
Pritesh known as Daniel is willfully overcharging and damaging peoples property with no remorse.

I wish to thank Daniel for trouble…

I wish to thank Daniel for trouble shooting and repairing both my desktop pc and printer in quick time. Again cannot thank him enough for doing such a great job. I live in Buckinghamshire but did not hesitate in making the journey down to London, that's the amount of confidence I have in him good service.

great place

Once again, I went to PC hub with some things I can't figure out and Danny sorted it out. It seems he can figure out my DJ programme, zoom glitches, camera faults, no problem is too big or small. A cliche but true. So, because I've come to trust PCHub, I bought my latest laptop here, and am very pleased

Complete Scam!!!

Complete Scam!!!! I took my pc in to find out what was wrong as the gaming pc was no longer booting (randomly froze and wouldn’t boot). I gave a full explanation of what happened complete with pictures and videos (I have an above average understanding of computers and components and general things that can go wrong/need replacing. I built my computer in the first place also). I was made aware that it would cost £25 to diagnose the problem, came back a few hours later, my pc still plugged into the power and a few usb cables to make it look like he had actually done something, only to be told it was a motherboard problem. I asked what the problem was on the motherboard and he said he didn’t know and that it would cost £280 to fix. I explained how would you know how much it would cost to fix if you didn’t know what the actual problem was on the motherboard. He couldn’t give an explanation of how he had come to that conclusion or explain or name any of the “tests” he had completed. I took the pc home without paying as no tests had been completed (the pc wasn’t bootable to even run the tests). I ended up fixing the problem myself which turned out to be a broken ram stick, easily replaced and back to full working order, completely different problem to what he had “diagnosed”…..if you don’t know anything about computers please don’t take your device here and waste your money/risk your pc/laptop/phone being more damaged then what you brought it in with. I don’t want this scammer taking advantage of any vulnerable, elderly or computer illiterate customers that don’t know better and just want there devices fixed. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable store, I recommend using trust pilot to find legitimate pc specialists.
