Great to work with. Training could be more thorough.

As a former Corporate level HR Director with experience transitioning $XXMM payroll from one "big guy" to another "big guy", I was skeptical that a "not-big-guy" payroll company had the professional depth of knowledge to handle my clients once I hung my own shingle in the consulting world. Then I found Jay / Mypayrollhr.

Since that first introduction, neither I nor my clients have experienced any issues with professional, fast responses - and the solutions provided by Jay have been creative, cost-effective, and very welcomed!

While the dashboard, on-demand features, and pricing structure are client-favored features that will make you very interested in their products, it's the security features protecting PHI and the customized reporting (think: external reporting) that you will find invaluable. Especially if you have variable hour employees.

The best part? If they can't do something (e.g. integrate with an outdated system), they will tell you. Up front. No surprises. And then they will find a work around.

Our experience with MyPayrollHR has been excellent. They've not only have they made our lives easier across 30 locations, but they've turned us on to partners that have helped streamline a number of business processes. We've saved money and now have more control over our payroll that is just not available with the other companies we explored. Great people, great software and great service.

I can not say enough about Jay Tuczynski! His patience, follow through and positive attitude made this transition such a pleasure. It's always a little nerve racking making such a huge change in a company, but moving our payroll over to MyPayrollHR has been a huge cost saver and a fantastic switch. Melanie was our go to customer service girl, and she walked us through, step by step. I was so happy with them, that I'm now in the process of switching my second company over to MyPayrollHR as well! Don't hesitate, it's worth it!!!

A few minor mishaps when we first started due to getting familiar with the system. Staff was very helpful and readily available to answer questions.

While the system itself is not as intuitive as it could be, the service that my company has received from MPHR has been superb. Our account manager is always prompt and helpful in her responses, and we have never been for lacking with her.

I appreciate a service can both put me in control and yet still meet every need I have. I like the set rate too. I have loved working with Melanie Lasher on all my learnings of the system and appreciate her advice and thoughts on my questions I bring to her. She is patient, kind, personal, and a very good teacher. I am working on my first year-end information now and she has been nothing but help and a relief to me.

I have used this program for about 8 months now and I still is unable to find simple reports. I left a competitor and I was very unhappy I did! This program is very user unfriendly and would not recommend it for first time users!

I have no idea who my account rep is. I sent an email earlier this morning asking, as I said it was only this morning. I want to know if there is some kind of report I can print to send to my accountant. Also, I just got my mail and there is a bill for $899.86. I thought this was included in my payroll taxes. If someone could get back to me I would greatly appreciate it.

I recently open a new small company, no more than ten employees versus my other bigger with more than 25, and I decided to employ Mypayrollhr for my new company. Their service is excellent and the cost low. What I like the most is the interaction with their experts, always available, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Using MypayrollHR has been easy and reliable. I have several different entities now reporting on one payroll system. The staff is always available and knowledgeable when addressing any concerns and/or problems I may have with taxes or when paying my employees becomes a challenge.
