around 6 months ago I had contacted grill around $290 & you send me damaged grill I didn't ask to return because I don't have time now I bought another one weeks ago and I paid $390
And has got damaged again and I sent email 2 times still I don't have any answers if you don't get back next step I will going to take legal action

Very pleased with the experience buying my 80 ltr per min diesel transfer pump , looks well made and perfect for my use , great value would hesitate to buy another, it is a shame it was made in China , would prefer to buy from another country but what can you do , at the moment they make nearly everything you buy .

0 service staff, and staff telling me they can not help me also telling me they don't work for Myozeshop, and hang up the phone i found that attitude rude, and discriminative all I asked is for a warranty question, and a tax payment receipt after several calls and 2 emails I received the incorrect date I purchase on 20-05-2021 my tax invoice was dated 15-05-2021 up to today after correction the tax invoice date 15-05-2021 and my payment receipt 21-05-202.
The Knight Trading Group Pty Ltd so up to today all dates are incorrect its pathetic.

I recently purchased the Sear pizza oven.What an outstanding product.I have used it 5 times in nearly 2 weeks with outstanding results.The picking date of the product was Thursday and it arrived Monday in Adelaide outstanding service.The tracking was so easy to follow.Thank you very much.

Shipped out in good time but when it arrived box was almost completely torn open cord hanging out luckily no parts were missing

Good product and help with it. But when purchasing didn't appreciate the prompt to buy now to ensure delivery tomorrow - took a week to arrive

Product I received was better than expected.

Fast and reliable shipping, product is as described. However, I can't comment on customer service other than this because everything went smoothly and there were no problems.

We ordered a stainless steel meat mincer the SK22, it arrived promptly when we opened it we saw that the wrong instruction manual was sent, it was the SK12 and it was nothing like ours. I rang them and the answer was that they are all exactly the same. After our first use I looked in manual to see the cleaning of it and it nothing. I rang them again the woman that I spoke to I felt couldn’t be less interested in what I was saying and she quickly responded by “I’ll get someone from customer service to ring you back” I’m still waiting and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. Needless to say that we will not be ordering anything else from them.
