We ordered a 10 thousand pound kitchen after 3 years the burners were completely burnt through, contacted the customer service department twice by phone, asked me to send email and pictures, again sent pictures,invoice, explanations what it’s been cleaned with etc etc etc, and yet again nothing no reply!!! When you spend this level of money on a BBQ you expect a better service. Luckily we kept our 10 year old Napoleon BBQ and the burners are still in great condition! That’s quality !
Update we are now 4 weeks futher on and still no outdoor kitchen replacement parts !
The most common complaint is the burners don’t last has my review and lots more on here and other review sites, but apparently they don’t stock them so they have to be removed from another bbq which is in a different part of the country ! There is no logic to the way this company deals with customers!
I can purchase a new BBQ from the sales team which can get it delivered in 47 hours but customer services can’t manage it for at least 6 weeks ! Really don not waste your money with this company 10 thousand pound is not a small amount

I have ordered some parts and I have been in contact many times as I needed the bbq to be done in time for an event. I have paid and they only sent me one burner when I have ordered and paid for 4. I tried to contact and they haven't gotten in touch back yet. Very hard to be able to catch someone to respond.

We ordered an outdoor kitchen module unit, and a bespoke cover to protect it (made to measure by the same company). Unfortunately the cover can’t fit over the module due to the pipes which connect to the integrated sink. On raising this to the customer services team we were informed that the bespoke covers can’t fit over the pipes and this is our responsibility. The unit requires pipes to work (as it has a sink!) and at no point did the design team even ask about this when we placed the order - again I highlight that this was made to measure! So we have a very expensive “bespoke” cover for our unit which can’t fit over it unless we disconnect the sink. Beware, terrible and unfair customer services unwilling to help resolve this. Our aluminum unit is now rusting without a cover to protect it!

Update - we have emailed customer services per the reply below only to be told “you didn’t inform us the unit had pipes so this is not our fault” - to be clear this unit has a kitchen sink which came with an installation guide on how to attach the pipes to it (in order for it to work). Beware, don’t waste your hard earned money here
