I am happy with my order and delivery!

This was a 1st time order for me. I ordered in January 2025. Ordering was easy. The website seemed easy to navigate. I got exactly what I ordered. It came on time and in a timely manner. Tracking was accurate. The product was glass and it was well packed to protect it from breaking.
I would order from them again.

I recently had a frustrating experience shopping on OTCStore.com. They advertise "free shipping on orders over $199 for items weighing under 20 pounds," but this is misleading and doesn't seem to be followed through in practice.

I added 4 items to my cart, each ranging in price from $7 to $13, with weights between ½ pound to 2 pounds. As I went through the checkout process, I noticed that the shipping cost wasn't reflecting the free shipping offer. I thought maybe one of my items was being calculated at a higher weight, so I adjusted the quantities, increasing the amounts of lighter items to double-check.

To my surprise, the shipping cost still didn't change, and it became clear that OTCStore doesn't list the actual weight of items on their site, which makes it incredibly difficult to know how close you are to the 20-pound threshold for free shipping. To make matters worse, you have to repeatedly enter your shipping information just to see the shipping cost, which is both time-consuming and frustrating.

I would have been totally fine with the $199 free shipping offer under 20 pounds if they actually adhered to it, but it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The lack of transparency about weights and the confusing shipping process made me feel misled, and I ultimately decided not to complete my purchase.

I wouldn’t recommend this site unless they make their policies clearer and more consistent.

Hard to find products available at a great price.

Shopping and shipping was fine. Regular updates. However, I did not get the items shown. I chose blue and green cups for my son and ended up with pink ones. It wasn’t clear to me that I could end up with any color. If I had known that I would not have purchased because I can buy pink locally. I was trying to get him blue and green cups. It wasn’t misleading that I was able to select the blue and green cups. Very disappointed.

I love the fragrance and consistency of my product!! I definitely plan on ordering more in the future.

On 1/2/2025 I ordered 2 bottles of Alba "Maximum" lotion at the price of $12.36 ea. Instead I was sent the "original" lotion, a completely different product which has a lower price, $8.31 each. Plus, of course, I paid for shipping. When I contacted the company about the substitution they refused to even recognize that they are two different products, with 2 different product pages on their website, at 2 different prices, and said that "All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement." I am not complaining about the picture. I am complaining that instead of being told that the product I ordered was unavailable, they sent me a cheaper, different product without asking me first if I wanted it, then refused to refund me even the difference between the two products. This store is dishonest and shady. I would not trust them or order from them.
