Still no freaking answer for their etransfer info
I need to reloan for money as I’m short for the month of may
So I got a loan with this company and unfortunately some stuff happened and ended up not keeping up my part, this was back in January, I guess they have been calling me and sending emails which I never got the email and when random numbers me I usually don't answer cause of all the scams. Never left messages, so today I received a call from a guy named Paul at my workplace and instead of trying to listen to me or even allow me to speak he just starts yelling at me and when I tried to say anything he would get loader, a manager of mine just happen to come by and I asked her to let him know not to call again and when she got on the phone all he did was yell at her where she just hung up. Afterward he kept texting me using threatening word about calling my workplace on a daily basis no matter what asked him multiple times for his manager and he just kept saying you owe, he finally gave the number to the manager Sarah and called it 7 times and they hang up right away without saying anything. I have contacted FCAC as well as a investor in alberta to have them investigated as how he treated me and my manager was completely unacceptable and against the law in Canada. Even when I told him I am either going into a bankruptcy or consumers proposal he didn't care. They are supposed to be a legit company but they don't follow the regulations set in place and yes I have screenshot all the messages and sent them off. I wish I could upload the photos here so everyone can see.
When i signed on the contract the page shutdown and saying there was an error. But i have all screen shots every page during the application. So if anythring they try to do scamming i can request for declaration form and make it stop payment or get refund and close account maybe?
Exactly what the other review said. They take your information and never respond. I will be contacting the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre & The Competition Bureau along with the Better Business Bureau.
They are liars and will not remove your information from their system instead they sell it to other companies. They also make you sing a contract and give them bank and sin # then they will deny you
