Ticket process, information and queue

Their ticket-ordering process is terrible. I live in Denmark and MMT has Denmark listed as a registered country but it denied my information because my name and address containS Danish letters making it difficult to buy the ticket.

Also there is no queue when the sale starts so you just have to be lucky to get a ticket because it does not even reserve the ticket for you for 5min to finish your purchase.
Therefor the ticket you try to buy might be soldout WHILE you place the order...

No group photos!!!

I had the meet and greet with xikers in Europe. We were really excited but the whole experience was horrible. This of course has nothing to do with the members but organization was so bad. We still haven’t gotten the group pictures and they won’t reply to our emails.

Bad M&G experience

I bought the Dreamcatcher M&G in Brussels. We were rushed through the entire thing. Got maybe 10 sec with the members (if not less) the group photo was taken in 5 sec. According to the schedule the M&G was supposed to last 2 hours in total (until everyone had their time with the members), but in less then 30 minutes everyone got through the M&G. I did not pay €140 for that. Dreamcatcher was great though, love them.

Very disappointed left out members and won’t provide full product purchased

For my first concert I went to see Xikers and bought meet and greet tickets via MMT and it’s been 60+ days since the concert (it happened October 24th 2023 and it’s January 6th 2024 when I write this) and they are yet to send anyone who purchased vvip the group photo and as several of us try to get an update only one was provided and that was that they are sorry about the delay and they would be given by the end of December. However other kpop groups have done meet and greets after Xikers and they have gotten their group photos so it makes me question why MMT chooses to ignore all the people wanting their photos. Very disappointing considering they also messed up the “handwritten notes” from Xikers where they added a member twice (yunjun) and completely left out another (yechan) which I see as very disrespectful to the group and its members. Please do better mmt

Xikers Group Photo

It was initially said we'd be given our group photos within 60 days it has now been 63 days and even longer for other locations. We were then said to have them by the end of December but we still haven't received them and now it's January. They also have been ignoring us and have not responded to those who have bought the group photo.

The album I ordered never arrived

The album I ordered never arrived, and all I got from customer support were two automated emails and then radio silence. I wasn't even hoping to get my money back, as it was a unrefundable purchase as a part of an artist campaign. I just wanted to ask what even is the problem. Oh well.

Never again.

My sister and I bought tickets for an additional event to a concert. The event included access to the soundcheck, a group photo with Ateez, a signed lanyard, special photocards, stuff like that. It was pretty expensive too, 169€ each. We were supposed to receive the lanyard with the concert wristband, but when we got there there were no lanyards left (also nobody told us where we would receive them beforehand so we didn't know until other fans told us). After the concert we asked mmt staff members about it and they said that they couldn't give us lanyards now because they had already been sent to the next venue. We sent an email asking them to either send us the lanyards, even offering to pay extra for the shipping, or give us some money back since we obviously didn't get everything we paid for. At first they requested us to proof that we had attended the concert which we did by sending photos of the wristbands for the event and the concert and including the order number and everything. After a few days they just told us that they wouldn't give us the lanyards, not even giving us a reason, and that was it. We originally wanted to sue them because we do love Ateez a lot and we really wanted those lanyards. Less because of the money and more because of the emotional value of having something hand-signed by your favourite idol, but we are not familiar with korean laws and we can't really affort to sue them, so in the end we paid a lot of money for a soundcheck and a group photo with like 50 other people. Never again.

Inexistent customer service

Inexistent customer service. I had a problem with a delivery and reached out to them. They judged that the issue was solved by simply not answering and closed the conversation. Even getting a "no, unfortunately we can't do that" is better then no answer at all. MyMusicTaste isn't bad until you have to deal with customer service.

Ordered a lightstick in january 2020

Ordered a lightstick in january 2020, It is now 2021 september and i still have not recieved it. I have sent at least 13 emails in the past year and a half and every time the answer is the same: ''No refunds, cant do anything about the shipping cause the shipment you chose is not shipping currently etc....''
Will never buy anything from them ever again and certainly do not recommend. The most ignorant company in existence!!!!

Never Again!!

I preordered a Lightstick back in January 2020, it should have been shipped out in march but it wasn’t.
I am texting with that support every month and they always say the same stuff with „covid restrictions“ yeah okay but why can they ship out albums then? I can’t even cancel the order and get my money back and Paypal can’t do anything because it’s longer than 6 months.
I‘m so sick of this I just wanted a lightstick and did not want to wait more than a whole year until I get it

Very trustful

I have only bought one album so far, it arrived super fast and as scheduled (it took 5 days to arrive once shipped to my country) and it arrived without damage. The total purchase price was a bit expensive for the shipping method I selected(DHL), but it guarantee a good experience for me.
Also the customer service is very good, they answer everything and usually in less than 24 hours (I know because I have asked on different occasions about different events).Although they are usually very detailed with their information about events and everything, I suggest you read everything before making your purchase in case you do not agree with the terms and conditions.
I have also bought 2 concert tickets and everything went perfect, without problems, they sometimes redirect you to the page of the venue to purchase for them but everything came up perfect on the end.
They are interested in knowing about customer satisfaction and I even received a survey after my first concert with them.

Garbage

Garbage, just pure and simple garbage. Customer services is non existent, to top it all.
Purchased ticket for an online concert that was scheduled for this past weekend, I should've checked these reviews before hand. The website itself is odd, it tells you to redeem codes if you purchased tickets from other websites but if you purchase a ticket through them you will only get a confirmation of your purchased amount and pretend you're getting a pat in the back if you want more from them.
There was not a single reminder email (which was fine cos I had everything on my calendar) but is customary for these event website to send you reminders, every few days, the links should be included in the reminders so you dont freaking miss the event or have to jump through hoops for it...
I still havent figured out how to watch the concert... and like i said, CSR - NONE!
So pissed with this website! I will tell you DO NOT buy tickets from this place EVER!!!!!

more like MyMusicScammers...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I pre ordered an album on this site because it was the official partner of a group I like. I could only select express shipping for almost 25€ additional costs. I still bought it because I thought I'd have the album quickly at least. But I was so wrong!
After one week of the release my album was still not shipped so I contacted the store. They refused to answer until I sent a second mail. After a total of 8 days I finally got a response saying that my package is being prepared for shipment. Then it took another two weeks until I got my album.
I'll never buy anything there again!
Also they have a strict "no refund" policy which is ridiculous. I can call myself lucky that I received the package undamaged.

I will never recommend them to anyone

Terrible service. Orders took forever to be shipped out. Biased. Unfair. Same people keep getting all the privileges of fansigns. I don't recommend anyone I know to shop from them and I will never go back to their store.

So many great exclusive sales

They always have plenty of exclusive sales when groups debute or comebacks. Also exclusive limited edition merch. The only downside is I wish they would package better. Its hit or miss. The use cheap cardboard boxes.
