SUPER FULFILLED with the installations they completed for us

This guy is a complete CROOK!!! He gave me a quote, took my payment and never showed up. I called, text and emailed him SEVERAL times with no response. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, was refunded the money by Chase then got a letter a month later with him stating that he did the work prier to taking the payment. He did nothing but give me a quote and take my money. I have now had to send all the emails and proof of another company coming to my house and doing the job. PLEASE BE WARE THIS GUY (FRANCISO HERNANDEZ) IS A LIAR AND A CROOK!!!

Absolutely amazing! these guys came to my office and fixed mistakes made by another company. The price was great and the service was unbeatable. It's always impressive when speed and efficiency come with clear skill and knowledge!..

Once again Multimedia Tech solved the problem. Amazing, fast, professional and knowledgeable people taking care of all the details.

I almost can't wait until my home theater breaks so I can call Multimedia Tech!! Just kidding...

We need a projector mounted for our new media room located on the second floor. JC got us what we wanted for the right price. The installation was done ahead of time and efficient. We now can use our media room with the projector and also we can stream music from our phone apps. Should've done this months ago. We will definitely call Multimedia Tech as our renovations continues. Thanks for a greatly done job.

I requested to mount a 80 inch TV over my fireplace so i googled tv mounting and this company came up first. I started to look at all the reviews and i noticed that The reviews were ok no negativity overall. I contacted them online and so happy with the fast response. They gave me a same day date that worked out great which was a big plus. The TV installer was a professional and a gentleman.
I will definitely recommend them to any family or friends and i will definitely call them again for future work around my house.

Multimedia Tech was amazing!
We had to stay home to handle an issue with the cable company so we called this av company and asked them to come earlier than our original nighttime appointment. They came over as soon as they could and installed both our 65 inch in the living room and our 42 inch in the bedroom.
They gave us a swivel mount in the living room so we could watch TV from the balcony and the kitchen. We have a bit of a complicated set up as all our cable boxes are in the closet and we still needed to get a special remote that can change the channels through the walls. The installers were able to set up a transmitter to the bottom of the TVs so we didn't even need the remote!
Saved us a bunch of money and he set it up to our apple TV too. Not only was he completely professional and a joy to have in our home, they cleaned up, helped take the TV boxes to the garbage and hung a large photo for us because we didn't have a drill.
I would hire Multimedia Tech again in a heartbeat!

When you think about TV mounting on the wall and speakers installation you would probably think is a mess, unclean, expensive etc, well at least I thought it that way but, this is not the case, the things I saw in this guy's work, when I first meet the technician he seemed knowledgeable with all his tools and equipment, and in the end in fact I was very surprised after 3 hours of work and a clean installation I was left with a full custom job, I really liked it, he did it as I wanted, all the cables hooked up and concealed inside the wall, this technician had the right equipment to mount a TV on the wall and place speakers on the wall top corners, also the speakers cables were inside the wall, how he did it I don't know but it looks so much nicer, also he was very patient showing me the remote control settings, he was a nice guy with apparently even better skills than he seemed, I really like my TV and speakers installation never thought it was this nice and accessible for my budget, I found multimedia tech online I checked out a little bit then I called, they gave me all the info I needed, quote, day they will show up, the time it'll take and everything, this is a serious company doing an terrific job, I'm happy with the result, I strongly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service - I upgraded my home theater room. They scheduled the installations for 10:00 am one morning - arrived at 10:00 am on the dot and the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and paid great attention to every single detail. Not to mention that he was very patient in explaining the new remote control system. I heartily recommend this company. You will feel comfortable talking to high qualified staff, and get everything on time.
