AVC advice
I was very confused about my AVCs due to having changed employers. Sandra from My Money Matters was really responsive and extremely helpful. She never once made me feel like I was asking a stupid question and patiently helped me sort out my account.

Great Customer Service
I had a question about my Shared Cost AVC- I'd made an error on an online form and didn't understand the process. I spoke to Katie who was really very helpful and professional. She talked me through the whole process and explained the different options available and offered further help if I needed it in future. It really was great customer service and gave me confidence in MMM.

Exceptional customer service
Tracey provided exceptional customer service from the start.
She was very reactive in her response, was very clear with guidance. When Tracey asked for further information she was very polite and articulate.
I clarified information and Tracey was patient and informative in her very timely response.

Calm and measured advice
I spoke with Katie, who was incredibly helpful with the advice on amending my AVC contributions in light of my impending redundancy. She calmly and authoritatively answered and explained the options I had to maximise any tax benefits, for which I am extremely grateful.
