Their shipping timelines are complete lies. They sell very expensive expedited shipping, while (hidden under the FAQs) openly stating that shipping could be up to 14 days and that they have no control over this. Completely unhelpful support.
Re-review - customer service from mylorals turned out to be ok, the only problem was a bit of a late response. After they shipped the item with UPS, it arrived without any problems. The bad guy in all of this is CDL so I recommend everyone to avoid ordering from shops using this horrible shipping service or to ask for a different shipping method.
PREVIOUS VERSION OF REVIEW:
Ordered 2 packs of their underwear and those were shipped trough CDL shipping. Everything seemed fine at the beginning, but then CDL tracking declared the package delivered, which is a lie (and there was no chance they could deliver it so quickly).
Contacted lorals support about it (through web form), no answer for three days. Then tried contacting them by sending an email directly and again ignore. So basically they stole my money, I do not care where it got lost betweeen them and CDL.
