No payslips, id copies needed like any other loan companies, you just fill in their form with a 3 months bank statement. My problem is that, they dont tell you the amount you are going to get before accepting the mandate to your bank app e.g i was looking for R4000, they approved and then send a mandate of R1600.... Only to find out that its R1200 that im going to get, otherwise the service was excellent.

All offers that comes through email are not correct, for example if it says R20000 then when you open the offer it R1000 which is a shame and disappointment

What is the point of providing my ID…
What is the point of providing my ID number and other personal details so my credit check can be done before hand and then get offer to then me get far less than what was offered whilst having my accept a Debi Check mandate only to find I wasn’t given the money that you guys said I was being offered
