CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKS! $8/month subscription is totally worth it!Backstory: I have extremely painful periods and I finally caved and I bought my Livia device on Christmas Day last year(2025)after seeing countless ads. The device arrived in the mail just in time for my next period. I put the device on the morning of my period and I still had cramps to the point the pain was so bad I turned the device up all the way and got no relief(Jan 2026). A few days pass and I reached out to the customer service team on Facebook and in talking to someone it turns out my flower pads weren’t positioned properly and there was an issue with my flower pads so customer service sent me new flower pads at no cost to me (I assume because I have a subscription) my next period comes(Feb 2026) yesterday and I put my new flower pads on and connect them to my Livia and on level 3 my pain subsided to the point that I fell asleep while watching tv on my couch! Thank you Livia!

Mandatory subscribe hidden in "sale" price

The website advertised a sale for $100 off, but it actually had hidden in the terms and conditions that this came with a mandatory subscription that didn't provide anything additional. This felt like a scam that was trying to pass a payment plan as a sale. I also had a lot of headache cancelling the order and had to issue a credit charge back to get my money back.

Do not purchase

Do not purchase. Awful customer support. Will f you over in fine print. Nothing is refundable and you are required to pay back all discounts in a monthly payment. The device breaks after one or two uses and barely works. 130 dollars down the drain and customer support will laugh at you.

Burns your skin and doesn't work

The device is way too expensive. Stopped working properly after 1 month. Adhesive leaves red painful marks on my body, and livia makes it feel like your skin is burning when using it. Not to mention they trap you with a subscription fees for a year before you can cancel it. Don't buy

Took my money and never shipped the device

I ordered this for my wife, it's been nearly a month and I never got an order confirmation and the device hasn't shipped, yet my card was charged.

Customer service is nearly impossible to get ahold of, and Rosemarie always answers and has lied numerous times. She's assured me that it will ship within a few day on numerous occasions and yet it still hasn't. I finally told her I wanted to cancel the order and a full refund. She claimed she would escalate it to management and the refund would be approved in 1-2 days. It's been 4 days and the status is unchanged.

This company will scam you out of your money, avoid at all cost.
