Delivery was super quick, my baby loves the pasta stars and the tomato stir in sauce can’t wait to try him with the rest
You keep holding 29.99 month after month for the same purchase .looks like a scam to me

I found the website very easy to navigate. All the food that I was looking for I got. My Grandson loves the pasta and separate sauce mix’s. He love your puddings. The order arrived very quickly was well boxed up. I will definitely be sending for some more food soon. Well done piccolo. X

Happy with Piccolo organic products, the food is good quality. It would be great if you would do an even bigger range of the pasta's (even a wholewheat version?) and bigger sizes! :-)

the quality of products is excellent. the selection is brilliant.
my granddaughter is now 19 months old and had stomach problems from birth and when we found piccolo products she has thrived. my daughter has found the pouches so helpful they have made travelling with her baby so easy and she is happy to know that what she is giving her baby is good quality and she loves them.
the prices are good too.
the website is so easy to navigate and delivery is quick.

I ordered one of the bundles for my 7 month old and he absolutely loved it! Super slick service and my package came in no time. Will be continuing to order my little ones meals makes my life so much easier!

If there was an option to give a negative star rating for their customer service, I definitely would. My son loves Piccolo Food, so I decided to order some of their products online via their website. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived damaged, with some items missing and others appearing to have been tampered with.
I reached out to Piccolo Food several times, providing photos and details of the issue, but I have not received any response.
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. If Piccolo Food only serves business clients and cannot properly handle individual customer orders, they should reconsider having a consumer-facing website. I will take further action through UK consumer protection authorities.
I expected much better from a brand we trusted.

Absolutely atrocious online service. Placed an order on the 25th of May and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service rep said they were going to find out what happened with the logistics team and then never came back to me. Had to chase again today and demand a refund. God awful. Avoid like the plague.

My baby loved the food so I thought I’d order online. First they had system error so I placed 2 ordered due to this. Then I immediately tried to contact support in every way, no one reply whatsoever.
Finally someone named xxxx (private info) said I will be refunded yet I still received the misplaced order.
Moreover, what I received is NOT what I ordered, I ordered this 20 pounds bibs (cover it all) and received a generic bib.
Avoid buying directly from them and I will never ever recommend this brand to anyone.

My twins they love the food so I decided to order some online. (I thought I will save some money if I order a bundle) So I did order 2 pouches bundle. It took 2 weeks to came . I had to ask them where is my order. Never informed me why is been delayed. So it came over 2 weeks and it wasn’t right!
I received my order which I had to wait almost 2 weeks . I was really disappointed.
I paid for 2x bundle £32 each so it comes to £64 free delivery.
I received £45.25 ( if I would buy it from the website individually)wort of pouches and only 1 bib I 1 set of spoons (it’s should be 2 each as I have twins that’s why I ordered the two bundle)
where is my £18.75 is gone too? Which is not a savings at all !
I’m very confused in here .
So I paid over £2 a pouches?
I send an email they got got back to me saying they will send some more product out as an apology.
It is 1 month now and I haven’t received neither refund or product or anything.
I’m so sad and disappointed because my twins they really liked to good but I never going to buy this again or refer to a friend or family .
