Most definitely a scam, the stuff comes from China and when you want to return or they keep you hanging until there is no recourse.

Then they have a bogus 4+ Star review for Trustpilot!

I would give a 0 rating. This site is a scam. The contact number does not exist and the corresponding emails are unprofessional using a Gmail address.

This website is a scam! Stay away! They claim to sell real leather goods. Their goods are 100% NOT leather! I ordered one of their bags and the “thing” that was delivered was made of what felt like a combo of paper and plastic. It was disgusting actually. And they don’t have any facility to log a return. Please don’t fall for their scams. Very disappointing.

The seller advertised an 80% closing down sale with a location in Johannesburg. After purchasing two leather bags, and numerous follow up emails I realised that they are fraudulently advertising. When I threatened to open a case at SAPS, the bags arrived and the origin is China. These bags are bot genuine leather and have no genuine leather stamp, They are FAKE!!!! R2888 down the drain. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

It's a scam. Bags are mass produced outside of SA (probably Temu or Shein products). Don't think I'll be able to get a refund either.

Scam ordered 4weeks ago but received nothing until today. They keep on sending messages that the order is on the way. I regret ever trusting them with my bank account. Now after checking their authentication then I realized I was scammed

This is a scam! My mother ordered 2 bags and recieved nothing. She receives updates of a courier delivery but nothing on its way!

This is a fake website and Facebook account. They might be selling bags but they are not genuine leather made in SA. If you get a bag it’s from TEMU. The number on their website doesn’t work. They are closing down but website only opened in 2025 and the people commenting on FB are from Fake accounts.

I ordered an Alina Leather handbag from My Leather Bags.co.za via their official website. They claim they are made in South Africa. Handmade and genuine leather and their shop is closing down. Following the tracking is seems to be on the way from China. The same bag can be purchased on TEMU.
Definitely a scam.

This does not seem like a legitimate "leather" store. Their telephone number comes up as fraudulent scammer. Their prices are way too cheap, even if she is closing down. Email is a Gmail account and her Instagram is "new" but she is closing down and only has 1 post. She also claims to have a 4 star rating with 13,569 reviews on Trustpilot, but im the 1st one! Very suspicious!
