Terrible: No product, no refund.

The product is all right, but only as a desktop stand; not for a lap. I ordered two of these, at $50 each, and only one arrived. I waited for a while and the second never arrived so I contacted them and they told me to wait. After a few months, I asked for my money back, and they refused, saying that the desk was shipped and delivered. I have been emailing them now for nine months and mostly they do not respond; sometimes they tell me my money will be refunded, sometimes they tell me they are talking to their lawyers. Their company sells thousands of lap desks - how difficult can it be to simply refund or replace one that didn't get delivered? I'm very angry about their abysmal customer service.

mylapy desk or my comfylap.com is a big liar company ! Don’t buy or place any order from this company or platform.
My order # 1706 dated Aug 29 and until today not received. And they don’t give any refund or no action being taken.

Stay far away from Mylapydesk/mycomfylab as possible..!

I never take the time to do this review (this is my first), but this is so miserable that I have to warn against it.

I ordered my product back in August (we now have November) I still haven't received my product.

Initially when I wrote to the support they also answered me and said that the package was on it's way. But the tracking number they gave me did not work - there was an error in the shipments.

I waited another month, and then wrote to them, where after they said that my parcel was at the sent address. The problem was that the address they sent me was an immigration center, and not a post office...

I wrote to them afterwards that I no longer wanted to wait for the product and therefore wanted my money back - no answer.

Didn't get any response from them for 2-3 weeks, trusting I sent them 4-5 emails .. Still havn't got any answer after I wanted my money back.

I strongly recommend staying FAR AWAY from this company. Have never experienced anything bad at this ..

Terrible company

Terrible company, copy paste replies, no tracking number for product. Takes weeks and weeks to arrive and still hasn't after 3-4 weeks.

Am getting a refund through PayPal buyer protection.

Poor product, poorer customer service

I ordered their product as I thought it would help me working on the pc while lying down due to a back injury. Unfortunately, the product is so unstable that I would risk further injury by using it. Even without the added weight it cannot balance.

I wrote to their customer so-called-service and received a copy paste answer about reading their return policy and returning it if could live up to it. When I replied asking them to make that call prior to me spending a lot of money shipping it, they have alternated between ignoring me, re-sending the same copy-paste answer, and telling me that they will decide on whether or not they will return my money, after I have paid for and shipped the product. That means that if they for some reason decide not to refund me (which i find very unlikely given their methods describes here), I will have paid both the prize and two shipping fees for a lapdesk that I no longer have.

So thanks but no thanks mylapydesk. I don’t usually take time out of my day to write bad reviews, but in this case, I just really hope no one else is naive enough to buy your 💩

MyLapyDesk / MyComfyLap is Dishonest, Deceiful, and Dishonorable

I ordered a lap desk off of their website. Soon after, I found the same product available on Amazon and for much less money.

Realizing MyLapyDesk / MyComfyLap simply resells someone else's product for a higher price, I tried to cancel my order only minutes after placing it, but MyLapyDesk told me that the desk had allegedly already shipped, so it couldn't be cancelled.

I received the item and promptly returned it without even opening the package.

After considerable haranguing on my part, I finally got a PARTIAL refund for the item (they retain 30% of the cost). This was after I paid the $12 to ship it back to them.

Customer service was difficult and uncommunicative. Often, they'd send a canned reply that had nothing to do with my inquiry. They even try to intimidate customers through the mention of their "lawyer".

Reading countless other reviews online, MyLapyDesk / MyComfyLap treats all of their customers very poorly. MyLapyDesk / MyComfyLap is very deceitful, dishonest, and dishonorable for how they treat their customers.

I would NOT recommend MyLapyDesk / MyComfyLap to anyone.

I would advise that one search for "laptop desk" on Amazon. There are many suppliers that are much more reliable, less expensive, and trustworthy.

But do NOT buy from MyLapyDesk / MyComfyLap.

Total Scam!!!

Avoid this company! This is a total scam.

The customer service experience was awful - no indication of when it would arrive, no ability to track the shipment, and when I messaged them to find out they had no idea where it was either.

The laptop stand is made from poor quality materials. So poor in fact that it was unable to be assembled as the legs did not fit into the holes. When I messaged them to ask for a refund I was told I could ship it back to the US, at my expense, and then their lawyers would work out whether I would receive a refund.

Would rate 0 if I could

Would rate 0 if I could. I am waiting since 5 weeks on delivery. Even after asking payment back only excuses from service department with invalid tracking numbers. Those guys look like frauds meanwhile.
Even if goods would arrive now I couldn't enjoy the product, as I am dealing with service departments ineffectiveness on producing communication with content. Avoid going into those troubles by purchasing. It might look good but if you never get it's only killing nerves.

7 weeks waiting

7 weeks waiting. String of contradictory and nonsensical mails promising to send, cant track because it went viral but somehow able to track that it was sent back by customs twice. Stay away
