I ordered orthopedic shoes from Kivoria, it took weeks for the order to arrive and the incorrect size was shipped in spite of clearly requesting the correct size which was in my order confirmation. I contacted customer service straight away with a view of sending back the shoes and getting the correct size. I was asked to measure my feet which I did and was then was told that the request is in process. Having heard nothing from the company, I emailed for an update and was told I'd be given a final update within the next 24 hours including a tracking number for the correctly sized shoes, needless to say I did not receive the update, 9 days later I emailed again and that email has not been responded to. To date 13th May from first contact about the incorrect shoes in March I am still awaiting the correct shoes. I will not be using or recommending this company again. I would actually prefer a refund at this stage.
