Quick and helpful customer service!
I ordered bar shampoo and conditioner, and the products that were delivered came damaged. I shared my order number and photo evidence with customer service and they responded with in minutes. They asked for my preferred solution, which I shared I would like replacement products, and later in the afternoon I received notification that the new products had shipped at no cost to me. I spent no more than 10 minutes writing emails and responding, and the whole issue was resolved in about 2 hours. This has been one of the smoothest experiences I have ever had with retail customer service!
Exceptional customer service
Kitsch customer service, Melissa, Trexie and Jessica were exceptionally attentive in handling my situation and concerns. Shortly after I placed order, Melissa sent me an email saying I can contact her for any questions regarding the order. Then there was the parcel not being delivered situation. Trexie and Jessica both were very helpful in locating the missing parcel with DHL. I finally received the parcel in my mailbox. Anyways, they were very attentive and responsive during this period of tracking the order. I hope their products are as promising and positive as their customer service team.
Really impressed
I have found this company provide very best shipping a really great list of products that already seemed to be making an improvement with my hair and my comfort in my daily life. Their customer service has been amazing. I had never seen it before, but having hair perfume is a really nice thing to have and just gives me that extra perk for my morning as I go about my day. I found the bar shampoo to be actually very good and seems like it would make a lower impact on the environment, which is always a plus it is really hard for me to find anything that is not a very heist to setting what a great company.
Lovely products, bad customer service.
Unfortunately, the products caused a painful reaction on my scalp which I was sad about as the products were lovely and made me hair feel great.
My problem is with the customer service. They give completely conflicting information, you have to chase them for refunds and were really rude when responding to emails. Really disappointing to be honest.

Over one month to receive order
Ordered items on 11/14/25. Order #9739774. Emailed them multiple times with auto responses only. Phone number gets you nowhere. Kept emailing and after a month, finally received a reply from rep who basically just said she'd send out items again. You'd think they'd do a bit more given the situation. Received items on 12/21/25. Too bad because I did like their products but customer service is garbage.

I had an order that was not delivered even though I received an email saying it had been delivered. I contacted Kitsch customer service and was very impressed with the quick response to the issue.

I had to request some assistance today because I was charged incorrectly on an order. My request was responded to almost immediately and I had timely service to get it resolved. A Refund was issued within an hour or so.
Service like that these days is certainly appreciated.\

Best hair and body product
I purchased the Rice Water Protein shampoo & conditioner bars along with the Glycolic acid face & body wash bar and the black holder. I absolutely love the products. My hair has never felt so clean & soft. I actually washed my hair on the Wednesday and didn't have to wash again until the following Saturday, a whole 10 days and it didn't get greasy at all. The shampoo bar lathers up really nicely and the conditioning bar glides down the hair to give a deep condition. The face & body bar left my skin feeling silky smooth. I use it in combination with an African wash net and it exfoliates and hydrates my skin brilliantly. I will only be purchasing these from now on. The holder is a bit on the expensive side but it has 3 separate sections, 1 for each bar and it stops them getting smushed together.

The best customer service!
I have loved all of the kitsch products I’ve used, bought from other retailers or directly from their website. It has been worth ordering directly from kitsch, however, because of their fantastic customer service. On my most recent order I received an incorrect item, and they quickly responded and corrected the mistake by sending me the proper item— they even had me keep the incorrect product to make up for the inconvenience! On another occasion my tracking wasn’t updating and they automatically sent me an email saying that they were watching the situation and would fix it if there were to be a shipping issue, with no work on my part. Honestly so nice to deal with a company that is so on top of their customer service.
I love the kitsch products
I love the kitsch products, won’t use any other shampoo or conditioner on my hair now, plus just discovered their styling products too. The customer service from these guys is amazing too! I had an issue with my favourite hair clips and they organised replacements straight away. Couldn’t ask for more.

Awesome experience with customer service! I had to reach out over some confusion (completely on my part) with my order. Not only did I get an extremely quick response, the customer service team was noticeably attentive and overwhelmingly accommodating. I will absolutely buy from this company again! Haven't had a chance to try my products yet, but the customer service alone will keep me with this company!

I placed an order that was received within a week but unfortunately one of the items packed was incorrect. I reached out to their customer support and within ONE DAY they shipped the correct item to me.
