Medicine always turns up on time

Medicine always turns up on time, the app is super helpful and informative and the doctors are also very friendly and easy to talk to. I have lost 5kg since starting and am starting to feel myself again.

The Best Decision I’ve Made for My Health

I’ve had such an amazing experience with the Juniper Weight Loss program! Since starting in January 2026, I’ve lost 16kg and I honestly feel better than I have in years. The program feels supportive, realistic, and so easy to stick with - it’s not about restriction, but about building better habits that actually last. I love how guided the whole process is and how motivated it’s kept me along the way. My health coach is supportive and very helpful with meal planning. Seeing consistent results has been incredibly empowering, and I’m genuinely excited to keep going. If you’re looking for a program that really works and makes you feel great doing it, I can’t recommend Juniper highly enough!

Juniper is so painful to deal with

Juniper is so painful to deal with. They need to get better with their customer service as it’s absolutely terrible. I dread having to contact them. I will be changing to another provider. I’ve been with them for several years and they honestly don’t seem to care, it’s the same thing over and over.

Feeling renewed and confident

I have struggled with weight loss for many years (after menopause) working with Juniper has provided me with a new focus, having lost of 20 kgs, not fast but steady I feel renewed again. The support has been great and Juniper continues to improve their website and offerings. I am looking forward to learning more about how to maintain my weight loss once I stop with the medicine.

Appreciation of great customer service

I have experienced excellent communication from the support team throughout my Juniper journey and find the resources available in the app so helpful. I recently had reason to speak to the team about a delivery I needed in time for my up coming travels and sure enough I had the medication within 72 hours!

Steady weight lose, 10.2kgs so far during my journey
I’ve had no side affects and initially I was worried about injecting myself but the needle is ultra fine and doesn’t hurt at all

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

From day one my Juniper experience has been positive. I have averaged nearly a kilogram a week and have not experienced any food cravings. It’s been a very good journey. I’m being told by family and friends to lose no more weight. All my old clothes fit great and I’m very happy.

It’s mostly all done online so if you…

It’s mostly all done online so if you need to speak to someone about an order, it’s impossible.
I asked for a delivery to be made today, the doctor didn’t respond and we are heading overseas tomorrow.
That will impact my routine and there is no one to help.
Given the costs, it’s not great customer service.
