Poor customer service and communication. Product faulty. Would not recommend. I’m just glad I finally god my refund.

Sadly I never got to try the headphones for when I enquired about the delivery, I got just refunded the money and still have no headphones.

Really happy with my Jukes, went swimming in them for the first time last week, held them in place with a swim cap as per the instructions and they were excellent, I didn't use the in-ear part which I will next time because it was a little eco-y. My next text will be when I go to archery practice. I love that you don't have to have them connected your phone, the internal memory holds a mega amount of songs and it's so easy to transfer them from computer to headset.

Excellent communication and delivery of the headsets etc. We look forward to using them on a regular basis.

Great sound on the mp3. Didn't realise Bluetooth doesn't travel underwater but once I got songs on the mp3 player I havent looked back.

PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE. HARDLY WORKS. FALLS OFF. REALLY ANNOYING. TRYING TO RETURN NOW.

I purchased the Solo V12’s.The delivery was great and you can tell the product is quality however my only two issues are is the product doesn’t really fit me particularly well, moves around quite a lot which is a irritating and the sound even on maximum volume isn’t really that loud.

Well made product though and great delivery just not suitable for me and my obviously strange shaped head

I am very pleased with headphones. They work best in water with earplugs and are easy use, but get used to them before you go in the water. The only problem is that you get no indication of when the battery is low. It was very easy to transfer music and podcasts and the storage is more than ample. The sound quality is better than I imagined and all in all they are excellent and make swimming laps much more enjoyable.

Bought a Solo Wave, which had a minor connectivity problem. Nicolai went totally out of his way to swap out the unit immediately, since when having had a couple of swims I can honestly say I am blown away by how good and effective it is, whether using my downloaded MP3’s or the Bluetooth music via my iPhone.

As far as I can see, best product on the market from a terrific little British company.

The order was delayed but got the product… good product, except for spelling mistakes on the packaging and lack of instructions on earplugs… why do they have loops on the ends of tails? Very tell tale cheap merch from China.

Amazing service from this company who went above and beyond to ensure our headset order arrived in time for Christmas. We were updated several times by email, from explaining why there had been a slight delay in delivery to the promised new delivery date of the day before christmas eve via a premier delivery company. The headset arrived when promised and our son is

Bought bone conducting waterproof headphones for swimming after seeing Jukes recommended on a number of lists. Very happy with the headphones - do exactly as advertised and have made my morning swims much more enjoyable now I can listen to podcasts and audio books. Reasonably priced with quick delivery. Can’t fault them and will definitely recommend to other swimmers.
