I ordered 1 pair of earrings and was supposed to get the second one free. I was given 2 order numbers but only received 1 order. The order I didn’t receive was order number MS6022531

I was really dubious ordering as I am in the UK and I knew shopping times were long and couldn't find much about the company on social media etc... however I couldn't find anything that compared to the necklace they had so I took a risk... And it paid off! Yes you wait a while but they keep you up to date every step of the way and the item is hand crafted. The necklace arrived and is beautiful, I'm so happy with my purchase and would gladly order again!

Only some of the items I wanted were in stock, so that was a bit disappointing. Shipping and delivery were good. Product quality was great. Will order again.

Been ordering from here for years & in the past it's been magnificent all around. Even living in the United States & having stuff shipped straight from Australia I had no issues. Now that they've added a distribution center here in the states my last couple orders were not so great. One order took over a month before it even left the warehouse & had items missing & the other order took a couple weeks to leave the warehouse. I realize some stuff comes from Australia to the warehouse here in the states, but these items were in stock here. Once they actually ship its great, get my order in a couple days. The jewelry itself is amazing, absolutely love it!! That being said I will continue to order, but know it may take a month before I get it. I'm thinking the warehouse here in the states is new & hopefully they work the kinks out. Customer service is fantastic & did respond quickly to assure me my items were coming & they did it just took awhile. Overall really love the jewelry here & get a lot of compliments on it.

Love these earrings and have in every color. My last order for the Emerald Green I thought were the bigger set. A lil disappointed in the size. However, I will gift them as I always receive many compliments.

I have been waiting for 14 days for my earrings. They were for a friend’s birthday. Disappointed

I ordered .50 on the blue stud earrings and .25 arrived instead?! I’d prefer .50. Also, I ordered .50 on the light purple and 1.0 arrived instead?! I’d prefer .50 in the tanzanite color as well. I’ve been ordering from you for over 10 years and never had a problem with my orders. Maybe you can send the right sizes with a return slip and I can send these wrong sizes back. Thank you so much.
