We purchased 2 Isense Premier Hybrid twin xl mattresses with adjustable frames and after we made 2 pressure adjustments per side which was 2 nights, we are now totally in love with our beds. We purchased these beds due to back and hip pains. The pains have been eliminated. We previously owned Sleep number, Tempurpedic and Nectar beds and the Isense is by far the best we've owned.

We have been wanting a new bed and I have been dealing with a salesman from isense named Chris. He has been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout my wife and I whole experience. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we have been taken care of. Chris is very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS throughout the whole process. THANK YOU CHRIS for a JOB WELL DONE!

I am a disabled student who suffers from severe, intractable spinal pain in my lumbar and cervical spine. Due to my circumstances, I am well below the poverty line, and thus had to fund a significant portion of my iSense purchase through a combination of grants, medical scholarships, and student aid refunds; a series of processes which were uncertain to succeed from the start and even in a best case scenario, would take many months to pull together. Thankfully, this wasn't a leap of faith which I had to take on my own. From my very first inquiry to iSense about student discounts, I had the privilege of being partnered with Chris Coffey.

Over a period of around 6 months, while I filed grant applications and applied for scholarships, Chris was omnipresent, being there when needed to change up the plan, generate more than a few personalized quotes, provide advice on which bundle was right for me, and reliably help me to feel confidant enough to keep on fighting for funding even when it seemed like I would never manage to afford my new bed. Truly, the experience was akin to having a personal concierge.

Chris didn't truly know if I would ever manage to make a purchase, but despite this, he never pressured me into selecting a lesser model so that he could earn a sure commission as opposed to the model which I knew was right for me but was much harder for me to find funding for. His patience, product knowledge, compassion, and professionalism are unmatched in any customer service encounter I've ever had. That concierge level of service, by itself, was enough for me to know beyond any doubt that iSense values quality and reliability above anything else. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new sleeping arrangement to look into iSense products, and am overjoyed to have been able to get one for myself.

We love our iSense mattress! It is so comfortable and supportive. Now when we stay elsewhere and sleep on a different mattress, we are disappointed. We love coming home to our bed! It makes a huge difference in quality of sleep.

As an owner of the iSense Hybrid Premier, I can confidently give this mattress five stars. It truly delivers on the promise of personalized comfort. The dual adjustability is a game changer! My girlfriend and I can finally both sleep well. Return customer here. I just ordered my upgraded mattress last Sunday March 28th and it already arrived today April 4th,2025. So excited to go from a Queen to a king! We absolutely love this brand. We are customers for life ❣️ Not to mention the sales team and delivery people are amazing!!! Shout out to Chris Coffey for going above and beyond with all of our questions. Also for making sure we got the best deal possible! Here's to more space and a great night's sleep!!
Update from our Google review in April. We are still loving our mattress and the extra space the king size has!! Our guest room was upgraded with our old queen size mattress. I can't say enough about this brand and their customer service!

The adjustability of this bed is so nice to have now. Love how relaxed it makes me feel when lying on it. I have much better sleep now and wake up more refreshed. Each side is adjustable for yourself or your partners preference. Much cheaper then a Select Comfort!

It has taking time to get use to falling asleep. The fact I NOW wake up at 4 am instead of 5am! Tells me I’m getting great sleep! Don’t feel tired at all!! Back pain is gone! Love it!

Bed was almost 4K and is only 1.5 years old and is absolute garbage! There is an indention in the mattress and they are telling me that it is a body indention and not covered under warranty. Why the heck should a mattress have any kind of indention when not being laid on! Run from this brand!!

I can't at this time tell you how the mattress is overall, as I have not slept on it enough to get a good feel yet. On the other hand, the order process was good, as they want you to buy. After the purchase was a complete different story. The bed was delivered to a different shipping/set up company from Isence. They must have over booked the first shipment and could not deliver that day. The next delivery day, it snowed a little and they said it was too bad for their drivers, blah, blah, blah. The third delivery actually yielded a mattress. The people were professional and did a nice job on set up and clean up. All totaled, I was out 2 vacation days for me and 1 for my wife to make this happen to the tune of $1300.00. When calling the logistics company and Isence customer reps, I got the standard I'm sorry, blah, blah, blah. They finally gave me a WOPPING $200.00 for my inconvenience. SOOOO Generous! I used to wake up with back pain, and now I don't. I thought I was just getting old, but now I know it was my mattress. I bought an iSense Hybrid Premier. I really like how I feel when I wake up in the mornings.

If I could leave a 0 review I would have. I gave over $5,000 for this split king bed from isence. Slept good for a few months then after that I've never been in so much pain. The air bag bladder (hybrid) only airs up mid-back doesn't do no good. Feel like I have permanent back pain now right at the syatic nerve where tailbone is. I do not recommend this bed. It seemed like it was good enough until my warranty days were up now I'm just stuck with thousands of dollars worth of junk and still out of a good bed. Sorry iSense just telling it how it is!

What a let down! We ordered a new king when we sold our house. Never got to set it up till 6 month later when we got in our new home. Was too stiff and couldn't adjust soft enough for my wife. We contacted them and they put us through a sleep regiment to try and see if it would work but to no avail. When we requested a refund they said it was passed the 6 moth return period. So we were led on to believe they were taking care of us because we explained the move situation. They would not return our calls and dropped us! How sad and unfortunate. Now we have a $5000 bed that we can't use.

You would think a caring company would at least work something out due to the circumstances. What an unpleasant experience.

I wrote a review about ISENSE because I had a issue with there control box. After getting to the customer Service Manager (Chuck Hancock) Everything that I had a problem with was quickly remedied. Service was EXCELLENT and the new parts were shipped out to me right away. I have a very bad back from my time in VietNam caring around a 50 lb radio along with everything else. This mattress is unbelievable when it comes to adjusting to my comfort needs and I get the support that I personally need and could not find even though I went through so many spring, foam and another brand of air mattress.
I recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for a GREAT nights sleep but especially someone who is suffering with back problems.

My wife and I both really love our isense. We previously had a Tuft & Needle foam mattress and woke up most mornings with low back pain and not feeling rested.

As soon as we got this bed in and laid on it, we both couldn't believe how much more supportive it felt. After testing out 2-3 different settings, we both found the one we need and have told everyone we know about it!

I wear an Oura ring for sleep tracking, and I was getting almost 2x as much deep sleep as I was previously and have maintained this for over 6 months. I was able to stop going to the chiropractor after sleeping on this bed for a month.

I was looking for a bed that would fit both me and my partner since we liked different firmnesses. I bought this bed and it shipped out within 3 weeks, we slept on it the first night and was in a lot of pain. Not discomfort like we had expected or experienced with other mattresses. we gave it a few more nights and I had to call in to work because I was in so much pain by the end of the first week. I contacted support and they said I had to wait for 45 days to initiate the return or pay a steep 25% "restocking" fee. So I waited. I had to email, then call, then fight with customer service to get the return started. We started the return and they sent a trash company to take the mattress and the only thing they took back was the pump. They wanted around $700 to "restock" the pump. That's absurd. I sent back the pump and didn't hear anything for weeks. I send out more emails and they said it takes a month to "inspect" the pump and "up to" another 5 freaking weeks to "authorize" the return. Today is the last day of that 5 week authorization window and guess what... They're not parting with the $2600 they owe me easily.

This company is a sham. The mattress was trash and didn't adjust nearly as much as they claim, the pump is loud and unbalanced and as bad as their products are, their customer service is far worse. I'm going to open a PayPal Dispute if I don't see it pending by the end of the day today and I'm also opening a BBB claim and leaving this review or something similar to it anywhere I can.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! STAY FAR AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!

We have had our iSense Hybrid Premier Queen Mattress for a touch over one month and could not be happier. We had a Sleep Number bed years ago before they were called Sleep Number. These mattresses do not compare. The iSense is a lot firmer especially around the edge, when you are at the side you do not feel like you are falling out. Interestingly both my wife and I wound up choosing the same inflation pressure.

iSense gives you a 180-night return window, we knew waking up the first morning that we finally found a mattress we both found comfortable and a solid nights sleep.

It is not easy spending a good amount of money on something we couldn't try. Our last mattress we did lay on in the store, returned it, then picked another. It was horrible so trying a mattress in a store is still pretty much a shot in the dark. This was a great experience, our sleep sensor module was delayed so we had the mattress before the monitor. No problem getting it on the platform with customer service being very responsive and keeping us updated.

Again, all we can say is we love it!!

I love this mattress! I've never slept better and my husband's aches and pains are gone when he wakes up in the morning. It's a heavy mattress and feels QUALITY. Really happy with my purchase.
