I have been a practitioner and facilitator of energy medicine and sound healing for well over 25 years, and have fully enjoyed the services of IICT for the past 10 years. I always recommend this local Australian business to new students and friends in the same and other similar fields. You can’t beat their offerings, efficiency and ease of communication! I love that they are based in the northern part of NSW where there is a true and entrenched appreciation for the wisdom of complimentary therapies.

As a member I can have multiple modalities recognised by one organisation. I have also had my course recognised.

The Team at IICT made our Training provider application so very easy. The whole process was simple and straightforward and we had lots of support available to us if we needed it

I was fine using IICT as an insurance provider until now, 2 days ago they made an unauthorised direct debit in a foreign currency in HKD which is a zero amount however they failed to let us know by email (in writing) that they were testing direct debit from their international account which was not authorised by paying members to agree to the testing. There were a few of us expressed concerns in their Facebook group and I had to tag them to read the thread. I sent them an email of my complaint and Jennifer "head of members services" apologised and stated that they are expanding internationally, without making any suggestions in improving their processes and notifying their members who are paying for their services and salaries. She said no one raised any concerns which is rubbish because she's aware of the Facebook post thread. She didn't want to deal with me anymore and sent a generic message hence my negative review of this company. I am taking my business elsewhere and I have been recommended AON or GSA in case you're experiencing issues with IICT. I have told my healer community about this too because no one should have their card direct debit regardless if it's zero, it was unauthorised and this should be reported.

There is so much additional free info available for members to help them set up their practice.

I called to make a query I have to say I always receive friendly courteous customer service from all the staff at IICT when ever I have had to call them. It so good to actually have a great company to deal with who values good old fashioned customer service, which is so under valued in today’s society.

Being an IICT approved provider is an absolute privilege and we hope others can experience the professionalism and support of IICT for themselves.

IICT have been so easy to deal with. It has made having insurance easy and fuss free. I have needed to contact them for a couple of questions/clarification, they are easy to get a hold of, you speak to local people and they were very helpful.

Clear communication, professional service, and an easy onboarding process. IICT has been reputable and straightforward to work with so far.

IICT have been so helpful and supportive over the years. I have modalities added from 3 different training providers and it's all covered by IICT! Plus all the benefits one gets with membership and a knowing that the work I do is backed by such a well known, affordable and business that's in alignment with my values as a practitioner.

I have been with IICT for 5 yrs now and they have been very helpful if I needed anything like certificate's etc. I recently requested to add community service to my account just a few days ago and they came back to be a day later saying I was approved it was so seamlessly integrated into my account and insurance just had to send them my certification . I would personally recommend this company to anyone starting out or needing to switch providers. They also always send you an email a month before to confirm if you still want to stay on with the company before your renewal date .

Keeps me up to date of everything I need to know, without bombarding me. Reminds me in a timely fashion, when my payments are due.

I love the way they have stayed true to their roots and have offered a supportive and informative space for complementary therapists to be part of a greater community. There is a sense of trust and genuine goals to assist therapists in the work that they do working as one for the greater good of all. As a first time kinesiologist branching out to start my own business i found this organization to be most in alignment with my needs and so today I became a member.
