Ensure they can handle your sale......
Accepted as client, was sent sent all the documentation but the introductory letter was incorrect re property details.
When I rang to point out the error, was told they couldn't handle my sale.
Pointing out the wasted time I faced, the conveyancer proceeded to shout at me that they (the conveyancer) hadn't wasted my time.
Not a good look for any business

I’ve been really happy with the service…
I’ve been really happy with the service so far. Holly was there to answer any questions I had and also helped me to navigate the eway system, she always responded to me almost straight away after I had emailed. The eway system itself is really easy to use and speeds things up no end. Will definitely use again

My seller is using this company, I will be withdrawing from the sale because of the poor service
As a buyer whose seller is using this company I could not be more frustrated. Purple bricks, the seller and my solicitors have been chasing for weeks with no response. I have spent my day on Rightmove looking for alternative properties as I am unwilling to proceed with such poor service.
If you are a seller please proceed with caution. I will be collapsing a chain unless my seller switches solicitors
