A great start! I rang them up and Ranvir Dhillon knew who I was and had the quote in front of him. The price did not rise even though I'd sold for more and now I'm logged into eWay that seems like a slick system to help the process.

Excellent service by Ranvir and Shawana
Ranvir Dhillon (Move Specialist) was very helpful, friendly and he listened to my questions attentively which meant he answered them appropriately. He went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for getting the ball rolling with our purchasing. The best bit is he transferred our case to Shawana Brown-Kerr who has helped us a couple of times now and this will be third time. Shawana also goes above and beyond to help with whatever she can. We specifically asked for her because she listened and calmed me down when I felt stressed. Thank you for all your assistance Shawana.

The online portal is very clear and easy to track progress in the house purchasing process. There is plenty of help, keeps all documents visible at all times and help indicate what actions are next and require attention.
