The agent to whom I was speaking with was very helpful and explains everything in a manner to which I could understand. When I was having trouble with the charger he was able to understand what it was and helped me fix it.

John Montano was my agent for Liberty Security. He was very courteous and was able to answer all of my questions. It was quick and easy to set up my Medical Alert Device with him quiding me every step of the way.

The device I received is Awesome! Will keep me Safe! Mmia walked me thru the instructions how to use my device! She is very Awesome herself and is very kind! Thank you!

We had a personal conversation as well and he was very patient listening to me and my thoughts. He spent all the time necessary in listening to me and my concerns. He was one of the main reasons I went with this system and am glad I did. He followed up with me after I received the fob and I had already activated it and was wearing it

I have my Holo for a month and can't say enough about it. But first I would like to thank John Montano for his expertise in explaining the Holo functions. He was very profesional and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. Secondly I had 2 incideents where I set off the system.....both by accident. I hit the SOS button and had to dig thru bag to press the SOS button to deactivate it. I was not quick enough and the call centre was talking to me within 20 seconds or so. The other time I knocked the Holo off my night table and it went under the bed. Again the call centre was inquiring if I was all right while I sheepishly explained what had happened.

Nice people to talk to. Was easy to setup the unit. Hopefully don't have to use it but I have confidence with it.

John Montano, our customer service rep was extremely helpful in explaining how the device works, and what to do in any emergency situation where my husband might fall or falls. He listened to and answered all of our many questions quite thoroughly. I appreciated him phoning to let me know that our unit had arrived at the post office, and again to help us activate and make sure the device is working properly. He is an asset to the company.

Clicking on a Facebook add can be less than ideal but this company, Mathew specifically, is the exception. Mathew has done everything he said and the product is exactly as advertised. As someone who misses my independence after and MVA, this give me (and my care givers) a bit more confidence. Thanks very much!!

Today I received my Holo Alert. From the time I first contacted the company's Matthew Toth until I completed the setup, the experience has been simple, pleasant and reassuring. Matthew carefully went through the features of the device and had me complete a test call. I am very happy with this experience.

i just turned on this thing on yesterday when i got it in the mail.the help i got was very good.so fsr so good. i hope i never need to use this machine but knowing i have makes me feel better.

From inquirering until I received my Halo device my experience was nothing but positive. Matt answered all my questions before and after my device was in my hands. Very professional.

Thank you David for helping me through the ordeal of purchasing and setting up of my device. Testing went great and so was the test, lol, I gave it. I went to show the device to my son and dropped it on the floor. My chin hit my chest, I was shocked by what had happened. The response was activated immediately and then I had to explain what had happened. Thank goodness no one was needed. I hope that doesn't happen again. When an emergency is needed I don't want to go down as the "Girl who cried wolf". Thanks for being quick about answering the call, and understanding.
