Unfriendly and arrogant receptionist in Chiswick Branch
The receptionist on Tuesday afternoon 15. October was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. She was short with words and couldn’t get rid of us soon enough it felt like.
We thought she is under stress (was typing documents)
Minutes later a physiotherapist started to chat with her over 15 min. about the most private stuff. So for us she has no time but private conversations about 15 min during working time is okay.

GP Blood Test Consultation
I recently had a blood test and GP consultation at this clinic, and I must say, it was quite disappointing. Despite providing my test result report beforehand, the consultation felt like a waste of money. The consultant merely read the results from the report and offered no additional insights or advice. If you're considering visiting this clinic, be prepared to pay £65 for someone to simply reiterate what's already written in your test results. If you're seeking professional advice and guidance based on your blood work, I recommend exploring other options.
Additionally, the customer service at this clinic leaves much to be desired. Emails are often ignored for weeks, which is quite frustrating and unprofessional.

Avoid!!!!!!
Recently I was alarmed by one of this clinics dentists telling me that I needed peridontal deep cleaning, that my lower teeth were loose at the front - she thought six treatments (although recommended I come back to see their specialist). Having worried that I was being oversold treatment in the past at this place I got a second opinion from a peridontist who teaches in the dental hospital - she said one tooth was loose at the lowest grade. She recommended one deep cleaning in a small section of my mouth. She also commented that my teeth needed cleaning - that were badly plaqued which was what was causing my gum problems. I have been having my teeth cleaned regularly at myhealthcare for the past couple of years. My new competent dentist was also surprised to hear that I had them cleaned at myhealthcare two weeks previously. All of this leaves me thinking that myhealthcare provides bad care and isn't about care at all but making money. I have been persistently irritated about reception staff trying to sell me memberships or upsell (wouldn't I like a check up when I'm booked to see a dental hygienist - no I had one a couple of months ago!). It also took months to get a refund when one dentist (who was leaving) decided not to do the expensive treatment I was booked in for - which I now think was perhaps unnecessary.

Great dentist Dr. Serafeim

I am currently more than halfway through my Invisalign treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the progress! From the very beginning, Dr. Serafeim has been incredibly helpful, informative, and supportive throughout the entire process. Every step has been clearly explained, and any questions I had were always answered in a friendly and professional manner.
The results so far have been amazing, and I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail that my dentist provides. I highly recommend him to anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment. You’ll be in great hands!

I would highly recommend to stay aways - especially from their dental service.
Sadly they take no responsibility and we are in a case with a child who is now in need of major dental repair work.
3 years as members and 6 cases of combined GP and dental erros in a family of 4.
TO THEIR REPLY:
We have already send emails to your info and membership email - you denie responsibility and our daughter is now in need of a tooth to be pulled out plus other major repair work!
The case have been escalated to be in the hands of our lawyers.
We will update our review along the way as our case progresses.
So sad when your dentist/GO practice let you don't but worse when not taking responsibility.

Best dentists
I have never been a fan of the dentist and avoided it for so many years because of moving but came here to get a check up after 5 years of no visits. I cannot fault them at all! The reception staff are so lovely and welcoming, Dr Serafeim and Marwa on my hygiene appointment were amazing, couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and at ease through the whole procedure and my teeth look amazing after. Will happily be coming back and now no longer avoiding the dentist!

Best practice in London
Been a patient for many years in GP services & Dentistry and can only praise them for all the times my family and myself have been seen and advised in a friendly and professional manner. Just happy now to have found an amazing dentist as well in Dr Marie, who saved my daughter’s tooth with the right diagnosis after 2 years of waiting! Very friendly staff, ladies sitting at front desk are very welcoming. Dentist and her assistant are very professional. Good experience over all however, mouthwash would be helpful at the end of procedure.

Had a great experience with Dr. Serafeim for two appointments. He explained everything throughly and kindly, great advice on improving (which I’ve never received before). Since 70% of implants have failed I was offered the choice of continuing treatment or getting a refund..I was told a refund will happen within 2 to 3 days..This with phone calls and e mails to admin was changed to 10 days then 2 to 3 weeks..Managed to get response from Refund dept who told me it’s in the hands of the Finance officer…Still waiting for the refund .The admin dept are very disappointing and chaotic

My experience with Dr. Serafeim and Andriana was very professional and did their job amazingly. They first checked my teeth, then cleaned them and then did X-rays, they also advised me a lot during the process whilst making me laugh. I would definitely recommend them to anyone from any ages.

Fantastic services provided
Have been a member of my healthcare clinic for a number of years now and have always enjoyed the peace of mind it provides.
I had a recent hygienist appointment with Dr. Serafeim and his colleague Andriana. They are both clearly world class at what they do.
Simply put; they make what used to be a beneficial but unpleasant activity into a wholly pleasant & beneficial experience.
Aside from this my healthcare clinic is blessed with a whole team of fantastic practitioners and an incredibly helpful operations team.

Filling and cleaning
I had a cleaning and filling with Dr Serafeim. He was wonderful and kind. He kept me at ease and informed me other all my options (including ones where i could save money) to ensure I got the treatment that was right for me. The filling was not painful and my teeth feel much cleaner. He gave me a clear dental plan to ensure i could keep my teeth fresh for longer. His assistant Marwa was also very helpful and kind.
