I bought Progensa-20, a wild yam cream for peri & post menopausal women. I have been using this product for 15-20 years. It does a wonderful job controlling hot flashes and night sweats with an herbal product. It comes in a plastic pre-measured pump dispenser. It usually takes about 10 pumps to get the cream to start dispensing. I am on my second container from this order. I pumped the first container 110 times and no product came out. I have never had a defective pump dispenser before.
