Lost a dedicated customer for life. Severely diussappointed with passive agressive communication style.
A disappointing experience from a company I’ve been loyal to for years. I am wondering if they have new management because I have never been spoken to this way before.
I have been a long-time customer and have sent many of my clients to this company, so this experience felt incredibly disheartening. A mistake was made with my order and I did not receive everything I paid for.
What made it upsetting was the way the situation was handled. I spent a lot of time navigating their glitchy website and trying to fix the issue, and the replies they claimed to have sent never appeared on my end. When I followed up, the message I received was passive aggressive. Instead of offering a sincere apology or taking responsibility for the oversight, the tone felt dismissive and patronising.
They eventually delivered the missing item, but the interaction left a horrible taste in my mouth. It never needed to be this unpleasant, especially given how loyal and supportive I have been as a customer who has consistently recommended them to others.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service, because this experience has completely changed my relationship with the brand. I have blocked them on WhatsApp and removed them as a recommendation from my website and from all of my women’s programs.

Getting aches and pains under control.
When I ran out of my first order I was unsure if it was doing anything for me, but after a few days, I started getting aches. I reordered and within a few days after receiving my order, the aches were gone. So, this showed me that they work.
