At first , I faced an issue with unexpected charges, which was concerning for me. When i reached out, kenny from the escalation team responded and assured me that my membership is cancelled and that i would be refunded. He explained the process clearly and has been guiding me step by step. I am now trusting the process and expecting the refund to be completed as promised.

Had a great time shopping with mygiftfavor.

I made a purchase using a debit card, but I never wanted a subscription, and it was charged to my account. I never requested an expense, and they charged me for something I never wanted. Theft.

literally they are just a scam! they deducted money from my account without my concern and when I asked they assured me that they will refund my money back but its been 9 days till i didn’t got any refund. They are just fraud and scam! they force one to give a 5star review on trustpilot! Scam Scam Scam!
