I have not been able to receive digital…
I have not been able to receive digital reward code due to technical error and the Customer Service team is still trying to find resolution after more than 48 hours now. I have requested refund but I have not been able to get resolution. On the other hand i also bought another gift card but was not available. I was able to get a refund but this results to me having to look for alternative online gift platform.

Problem solved
Updating my prior review, while it has taken some time customer service reached out to me and issued out another gift card. While I missed out on my initial purchase intent I appreciate it none the less that I was at least given the product I ordered. Thank you.

Google play gift card purchase
I purchased a Google Play gift card and ran into repeated verification issues with Google. I followed all their instructions, uploaded proof of purchase, and sent two messages to my gift card supply support. After several days with no response at all, I replied asking for a refund.
Still nothing. The gift card remains unusable. Extremely poor customer service for a company handling digital products. I will not be purchasing from them again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
