Incredible Customer Service. I have purchased bags from this company and, if I’ve not loved something I purchased, it’s very easy to return. There’s $100 restocking fee which I think is fair. Unlike the RealReal, there’s an opportunity to see if the bag works before I own it. Best customer service of any resale company I work with.

Definitely one of the best luxury resale platforms out there - fair market price for my CC urban backpack in black lambskin and silver hardware, in nearly perfect condition with original tissue and box. Packaged with so much care (double boxed), and overnight delivery option (which I needed!) - which most luxury resale platforms don’t offer. Pochette Metis reverse monogram was excellent condition with minor scratches where gold piece latches to hardware which is unseen. Verified authentic by third party and microchip scans as well. Prices were fair but…
Prices were fair, but one of the items could have been much better described in terms of condition. Subjective condition descriptors, like good or excellent, are essentially meaningless because they mean something different to each person. Clear photos and descriptions of any flaws are a much better way to help buyers make good decisions and feel satisfied with their purchase.
