Myfx is full of scammers

Myfx is full of scammers. They do everything they can to protect scammers. I paid $999 to copy trades on a supposedly very successful system. As soon as he started trading, he/she said they would make other very successful trades on my account. It took less than 24 hours to blow my account. When I posed a negative review, myfx deleted the review. They said I would have to prove my claims. Of course that’s almost impossible. They give to scammers the benefit of the doubt since they are subscribing to their website.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — No Service, Refund after 2 month and a half

I purchased the Flexible (12-month) subscription on September 30, 2025 (Subscription #xx146, $60). I never received the service I paid for. On October 9, I was told there was a “payment processor issue” on their end and that I would be refunded once it was resolved. I followed up again on October 17, and since then I have received absolutely no response.

As of today, I still have no service and no refund, and communication has completely stopped despite multiple attempts. This has been a frustrating experience, and in my opinion, it’s simply not worth the risk. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself stuck with no support and no resolution.

I strongly recommend staying away until they show they can actually provide the service, or at the very least, respond to customers and issue refunds promptly.

--
Update: I got a response on November 25 and the issue was resolved on December 9, 2025 (I got my refund). One month and a half to get a response, TWO MONTH AND A HALF! to resolve the issue and get a refund without having the service.

As we specified there was an issue with the refunds, it was not on our end but on the payment processors side, they were aware of it and it took time on their end due to multiple holidays and the complexity of the issue exactly during that period of time, we were simply unable to process a refund immediately, once the issue was resolved we've refunded you. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I’ve been using Myfxbook for a few…

I’ve been using Myfxbook for a few months now to track my trading results, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the analytics are really detailed .
I can easily see my drawdowns, win rate, and performance over time, which helps me adjust my strategy. But there are a few things that could definitely be better. The support team is quite slow when you run into an issue, and I had a small problem linking my MT5 account that took days to get fixed. Also, there are too many “verified” systems that later turn out to be fake or misleading, which makes it hard to trust other traders’ stats.
Overall, Myfxbook is still a useful tool if you just want to analyze your own data, but I wouldn’t rely on it to find signal providers or managed accounts.

Fast execution and low spreads

I’ve been trying out Markets4you and honestly, it feels really smooth. The spreads are super low, starting from just 0.1 pip, so trading costs less. Even with a small capital, you can go big since the leverage goes up to 1:4000. What I like the most is how fast the execution is—orders go through in just 0.1 seconds. Overall, my experience has been really comfortable using Markets4you.

Bad Support maybe scammers

Bought the Outlook indicator for better API access, the money was deducted from my account but they couldn't associate the payment with my account. I contacted support and they refunded my money and told me to buy again but it also didn't work the second time. Now they wont answer and keep my money.

MyFxBook itself is a scam as it is…

MyFxBook itself is a scam as it is allowing scammers to thrive!!!! I lost 4500 UDT to a scammer via MyFxBook statistics in the name of HFT EA. While trying to post and warn other people about this scam in the scammer's thread MyFxBook did not approve a single post of mine! I Tried posting several times, all the time my reply to the scammer's thread was not approved. This goes to show that MyFxBook is hand in hand with these scammers!!!

DO NOT TRUST MYFXBOOK AT ANY COST!!!

Worst Service

Recently I represent my client to check on 1 thing which is why LongAsia account is not allowed to verify in Myfxbook, the agent name Peter totally ignored my enquiry and being unreasonable, they only want money. Here is the conversation:

Peter from Myfxbook: Hello,
Verification is disabled for Long Asia accounts.

Me: Hi,
May I know what is the reason behind? Why is it only Long Asia?
Best Regards

Peter from Myfxbook: I'm afraid I do not hold any further information on this matter.

Me: Hi,
Then who would hold the information about this? Kindly transfer us to the person so we can understand further.
As for portfolio managing purposes we need to use the broker but it seems that this got us some restriction from using Myfxbook.
Best Regards

Peter from Myfxbook: I'm afraid I do not hold any further information on this matter.

Me: And is there any one with the further information?
Not you but any other person.
Kindly escalate my case to higher authority.

Peter from Myfxbook: I'm afraid I do not hold any further information on this matter.

I had hard time to "sign up", or "sign in".
Don't know who to ask (no phone #) for even a simple question.
They don't return email quickly.

Sorry,
ps: Solution: Establish a customer support hotline.

PaybackFX of Myfxbook is NOT legit, SCAM!!!

You're never gonna get the commission!!!
They wrote on their website that payment will be released from 1st - 10th monthly. Last time, they released it on the 3rd April. Now it's more than one month and I cannot have my commission available.

Tried to email and they said they're still waiting for broker to pay them, which is ridiculous. Cause Forex4you broker pay them daily, I know it cause I was an IB of that broker and I know how it works.
Their support also said that there is no exact estimate time for the availability of payment, which means people might have to wait for ever? Is that something you wrote on your site?

Would you be happy if one day you used the same delay service as your site is providing? And don't wonder why people keep voting 1-star feedbacks since you're showing yourself not trustworthy and not legit.

Guys, check those 5-star review, it's not even real people just some random clone they created to vote themselves year by year.

Plus, they will absolutely ignore your further message/ email.

This feedback stays forever here, even on more review-site if problem not solved shortly

UPDATE : Guys take note that they only reply to you ONLY IF you leave a true feedback on review site.
They also charge fee sending payment to you by PayPal. Of course they will blame it on PayPal.
They limit 1 withdrawal / month.
We trade, they get paid by sitting doing nothing useful, and they still don’t cover the transaction fee. :) This service is ridiculous as F !!! Don’t join you WILL BE REGRET.
