What concerned me most was what happened when things went wrong: platform lag cost me money, support stopped responding, evaluations were failed without a clear reason, and accounts were flagged with payouts suspended. Combined with a simulated trading model, strict evaluation rules, broad account discretion and non-refundable activated challenges, the gap between entering the programme and resolving a problem felt far too wide.

The process felt fair and straightforward — no surprises along the way. Looking forward to the next stage.

I’m writing this because I don’t want another trader to go through what I went through.

For me, this wasn’t just a bad trading day. The platform lagged while I was trading and I lost money because of it. When I reached out to support, I often received no response when I actually needed help. On top of that, I had evaluations fail without a clear reason, and accounts were flagged while payouts were suspended without giving me an explanation I found satisfactory.

That experience completely changed how I look at this company. Before I ever faced these problems, the rules and promises looked straightforward. Once something went wrong, however, I found myself struggling to get clear answers or meaningful support.
