I passed the challenged and traded…

I passed the challenged and traded honestly and when it was time for payout, they denied me of my money and suspended my account. I reached out to the via chat, I wasn't given any tangible reason why they denied me of my money and my account was locked completely. # gcasco # has been fair with their service, they treat my money rightly and has never given me a reason to doubt them.

Stay away from this broker

Stay away from this broker. They are not transparent, and they are so dubious in their activities. I have lost all of my savings to them, and their support is not doing anything about it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I know #Crop#Mines.........to be the best alternative that pays on time and assures good returns.

SCAM!!!

The whole idea to refund people for their challenges seems to be biased and selective. I requested a refund the moment they said they're switching from propfirm to broker, but just keep getting tossed around almostlike theyre waiting for the deadline to say "sorry, you're passed the deadline", I'd recommend staying away. There's lack of integrity with them.

Rejected payout ❌❌❌❌

Yesterday, I requested a payout, but they accused me of violating the rules. I have already received 5 payouts before without any violations also I trade same way. I asked them to provide proof of why they rejected my last payout, but they have not provided any evidence.
They are say you voiletion 1% rule but before receiving 5 payout I take risk 0.5% to 2% but they give my payout but at the end last payout they rejected

They took my $132, which I earned through hard work.

If you value transparency, please respond and release my payout

SCAM!!! / STAY AWAY

Terrible company, and I would not recommend doing business with Seacrest CFD brokerage. They were fine when the prop firm was run by My Funded FX but has went to total s**t since Seacrest tookover. They are shutting down and offered no solution for them shutting down my $200k funded account. No refund, no credit toward the brokerage NOTHING! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Just received the full refund for the 2 challenges

Gotta give them the credits for refunding the fees now that they're closing their prop-firm. I've purchased the challenges over 1 year ago, and having had previously bad experience with other prop-firms when those closed, here it was a big surprise.
For transparency:
I bought only 3x 50k challenges with them, $168 each, failed 1, had the other 2 for ~1 year (in profits), and just received in my bank account now the full refund for those 2.
I saw someone else mentioning that they force you to use crypto... that's not true, at least no in my case, after a message to support on the website and a few email messages where I sent my Bank details, I received the refund via an international Wire transfer.
Everything took ~4 days including the weekends (yes, they responded during weekends too).
Just giving credits for the good practices which are/were rare in the prop-firm industry.

An honourable end

Credit where it's due. Seacrest Markets left the prop space yesterday. It offered a full refund of the fee for my evaluation, even though (1) the evaluation dated from March 2023, (2) it has been bumping along near the drawdown limit for years, and (3) it was a four-figure sum ... $1,231.12.

I have been here before. Other prop firms shutting down issued credit notes for a broker, then wound up the broker (Smart Prop Trader), or promised to contact traders but never did (Stocknet Institute).

Seacrest Markets has been entirely honourable. They said the refund would take up to 30 days; it took one. Refunded, in full, for a MyFundedFX evaluation that was one month short of three years old.

I always liked Matt Leech... Whatever happened on the journey, this was an honourable end. Many thanks.

Scammers not providing refunds - avoid

Closed down challenge accounts, offering refunds but only in Crypto which was not the method used to make the purchase. Taken money for something they have now decided to no longer offer but won't provide the refund in the same method they took payment.
Just avoid ever using this bunch for any form of trading as they have proven to try and find ways of not paying refunds. All round disappointing experience with them going all the way back to before they tried rebranding. New name, same shady bunch.

Decent Prop Firm

I am funded with two $100k accounts. After passing the challenges, I was given risk limitations, but I have already received two payouts.

Payouts are fast, and the support team is very helpful both on Discord and on the website.

I give 4 stars only because of the relatively high spreads. Otherwise, much respect to Seacrest.

Rules Changed After Purchase / Unfair Trailing Drawdown

I had a very disappointing experience with Seacrest Markets.

After purchasing a 1-Step account, my account was disabled due to a so-called “trailing drawdown” violation. However, the issue is not the drawdown itself, but the way the rules are applied and explained after purchase.

When I bought this account, there was no clear rule stating that withdrawals would be treated as losses, nor that the trailing drawdown would remain fixed after a payout. These explanations were only introduced later, after my account was already affected.

I followed the rules available at the time of purchase, reached profits, and requested a payout. Later, I was told that I should have “left a buffer”, which is described as advice, not an official rule. Advice cannot be used to justify disabling an account.

Changing interpretations or adding conditions after clients have paid is unfair and misleading. Support keeps repeating the same explanation without addressing this core issue.

I strongly advise traders to be very careful. Make sure everything is written clearly in the rules before buying, not explained later when it’s too late.

Update after company response:
Seacrest Markets claims this rule was “always clear”. However, at the time of purchase, it was not clearly disclosed that withdrawing profits on a 1-step account would place the account in an untradeable state or lead to closure. Mentioning this later in FAQs does not replace clear upfront disclosure at purchase. My experience remains unchanged.

We are sorry you feel this way but this is untrue. Our FAQ on 1 step plans has always been clear. This rule has been the same since day one. It is also clearly stated that if you withdraw all of your profits in a 1-step account with trailing drawdown you can withdraw all of your profits but your account will be closed. It is clearly stated under the rules for 1 step accounts

Extremely unprofessional, arbitrary, and discriminatory experience

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a funding company.
After over two years of work building and maintaining my account, Seacrest Markets terminated it overnight without prior warning and denied a $700 payout that I had legitimately earned. No clear violation was explained beforehand, no opportunity to correct anything, just a sudden decision after I had finally started seeing consistent results.

What made the situation even worse was the “interview” they required. The interview lasted about an hour and was conducted entirely in English, despite knowing that English is not my first language. Because I didn’t fully understand a few questions, they assumed I lacked trading knowledge, completely ignoring my actual trading performance and track record.

Let me be very clear:
Not speaking perfect English does not mean someone doesn’t understand trading. I did not break any rules. Judging a trader’s competence based on language skills rather than results is unprofessional and discriminatory.

Losing an account that took 27 months of discipline, consistency, and effort to build—based on a subjective interview instead of objective performance—is unacceptable. Denying a payout that costs the company nothing to honor only reinforces the impression of poor ethics and poor customer service.

Be extremly careful with this company, your account, time, and profits can be taken away arbitrarily, regardless of your effort.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Seacrest Markets to think twice.

Thank you for your review and it had nothing to do with your English but the fact that you failed your KYC interview which determined you were not the actual trader. The trading performance had nothing to do with it except for the fact you were not the actual trader. This was a clear giveaway as you failed almost every single question that was posed to you. We take cheating and falsifying identity very seriously here. We hope you have learned your lesson and wish you the best on your trading journey.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Recently I joined this firm and participated in poker game . It was a blunder. But apart from mismanagement I was surprised to see the behaviour of members. Some members are talking rudely and posting gif to degrade other members.i will not mention the name but When I notify mod about such behaviour instead of taking action against them he banned me. I was not expecting such things in 100k members firm. Very unprofessional and mismanaged staff. Never saw such thing in any professional prop firm.

Follow the rules and you'll get paid

I think it's the first time I wanna leave a review for a propfirm.

Definitely this prop is top 3 propfirms of 2025. A few months ago I got an additional "1% risk per trade" restriction and I got "upset" about it, thinking that it was just another prop trying to f*** up traders and not send payout.

Well, I couldn't be more wrong about it. I continued working with them and showing cosistency and everytime I follow the rules, I got paid.

They have implemented some IA/Automatic metrics and everytime you breach a rule, you have all the data about the trade and exactly time where you failed.

I made a mistake on my funded account and they just "reseted" my funded account, instead of breach it (as it happened to me with many other props).

I really hope that other propfirms take this one as an example, because without any doubt for me is one of the top 3 propfirms of the year.

PD: I wanted to mention the "customer support" too. One of the best in the industry, even I didn't agree with them sometimes, they always repplied me within minutes / few hours and gave me all the information I requested.
