SKYNYRD Was pretty helpful and resolved my problem in minutes

Officially they only give refunds up to 14 days, however after almost a month I simply asked for a refund and they gave me a refund without hesitation. Thank you very much.

They can't admit they are wrong, so they refunded my money then banned me forever.

I purchased a Core plan in Nov 2025 and kept blowing the evaluation. I'd wait until it automatically reset with the next month's payment and try again. The one I started in January, I was still working on when the month ended and the next payment was made. The email says if I have an active evaluation, then I get a free reset to be used within the next month if I wind up failing the evaluation. A couple weeks later, I fail the evaluation and go to use the free reset. But it's not on my account. I contact MFFU and they tell me the Core plan is no available anymore, so I will have to sign up for the Flex plan which is the exact same thing. And my free reset is void. Well then they should have put that in the payment email. So I give them 3 options - either give me a free Flex plan with the reset they owe me, refund my last month's payment and I will use that to purchase a new Flex plan, or I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge which would be an easy win and even they knew that. Instead they decided to refund my last month's payment and ban me forever. Because they were in the wrong. Kind of shows you what type of people you're going to deal with if you try this company.

I had a problem with some accounts that were mistakenly blocked by Tradovate. After contacting support, Nathan from MFF resolved the issue perfectly.
I continue to trust MFF after several years of trading with them. They always try to solve problems with the trader's best interests in mind, which makes a big difference compared to other propfirms. Thank you, Nathan from support, for your help.
