Don't use EAs on MFF
My experience with MFF has been an absolute nightmare. I can't believe they have the audacity to suspend my account for something I didn't even do. They accused me of copytrading, but the truth is, I don't copy any trades and nobody is copying my trades! It's beyond frustrating to be penalized for a nonexistent offense.
The reason they gave for suspending my account is laughable. They claimed that my trades were similar to another account because most likely we both use the same EA. So now, using a popular trading tool is grounds for account suspension? It's as if they're looking for any excuse to restrict traders and keep their money.
I've tried to reason with their customer support, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They're unhelpful, dismissive, and seem to have no interest in resolving the issue fairly. My funds are locked up in this mess, and I'm left feeling cheated and taken advantage of.
I strongly advise anyone considering MFF to steer clear. They clearly don't value their traders and are more interested in flexing their authority than providing a legitimate trading environment. My trust in them is shattered

Hello Toma,
EAs are allowed as per our rules. However, the trade signals must come from your own setups as it is stated in the same rule. If you decide to use a commercial EA with bunch of other people, that isn't any different than copy trading.
Unfortunately, since it is clearly stated in the rules we won't be able to rectify it for you.

I had just received the 4th withdrawal…
I had just received the 4th withdrawal from MFF. Everything was great and this was my most profitable bi-weekly withdrawal of 12.100 USD.
And I withdrew over 30.000 USD in total. These days, the firm attendees around the world witnessed the ban from MFF on Viet Nam traders because of several problems.
I am a Vietnamese but I still normally cooperate with MFF and withdraw my profit, maybe because I am a genuine trader but this also prove that MFF is a justiciable and reliable firm that we should work with.

So bad!!!
MFF banned the account and didn't pay the first time my account 1017751 because ""your account was observed using IP addresses from one city while your Proof of address states that you reside in a different city"" even though I have provided a full video verifying that it was the network operator's fault, the address verification completely matched my address. But MFF didn't reply back and said refund. It took me a lot of work and time to make a profit, I did not break the law and I also give proof of address. After all, is MFF a scam????
