I have emailed many times and even claimed report through Shopify and nothing. 45 days later I had to file with my credit card company. This company is a scam!!! Do not use them. Was out 200$
I was ghosted! I paid for a song and received an email stating I would receive it within 48 hours, which was 9 days ago. I sent a follow-up email with no response, and now I have had to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back.
