This company is a total scam! I ordered and paid for a machine and sticky traps and now six weeks later, I've never received my products. When I try to contact them through their "support," I get an error message saying no such email exists!
They took the money never sent the product, no way to request a refund, their support email bounces back. Also they Pomona,CO address belongs to a different business. Their FL business registration is expired. Its just a scam.
In order to receive any refund, or get any of the "money back" as their website says on numerous occasions you must email them. You cannot email the address they provided. In addition, it didn't catch ANYTHING at all. I don't believe it even has any scientific evidence... I know mosquitoes seek CO2 and heat. This is a "UV" led and a fan... I say "UV" carefully. I do not know if it is even a legit UV source.
Knock off products sent to me. None of the products said Flyminator on them. They were cheaply packaged and the insert in the box said Nano Wave from a Chinese company, not Flyminator.
